The location is perfect, literally five minutes walk from Blue Mosque. If you’re first time in Istanbul this is great place to start exploring the city. Small hidden garden is nice place to grab a coffee during the heat and since it’s so close to everything you can always return to hotel for a short break. Rooms are nice and clean, comfortable for a couple.

Serious lack of management and organization. I never had the experience that in the middle of our week long stay the receptionist asking you late in the evening to change the room in the morning. For all time of our stay I had a feeling that all the staff can’t wait to leave their work and do something else. Some restoration of the interior would be really good idea.

A cheap hotel right in the center of the city. Hagia Sophia is a few minutes' walk away. The road passes through a market where you can buy many beautiful items and souvenirs. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Delicious breakfast. Staff will assist with airport transfers.

The location is truly good, close to centre, everything in walking distance. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is located in a wooden house that looked somewhat like a museum with tall windows and doors, golden door knobs and the room with view to the garden has a ruin wall in front which adds to the atmosphere. Nice decoration in the room, the bed, the carpet, the lamps just like the pictures. The breakfast is exactly as seen in the pictures, every day.

The room we had was in need of reconditioning, the wallpaper was falling down and there was a lot of mould in the bathroom in the shower cabin. The door of the room stay closed only if locked with key. Nonetheless, we prolonged our stay since the price is good.

The owner of the premises, Yusuf, is a kind and calm guy. It was quite warm, clean and comfortable. Location 5 minutes from main attractions.Thank you so much.Have a nice day.See you again...................................

The best hotel. Price is very reasonable. Best location. Whatever I saw in pics, it was more than that. Spacious rooms having very clean wash rooms. Moreover, mineral water and coffee is available 24/7 free of cost. Such a facility is not available anywhere in Istanbul.

There was no room for complaint. I recommend it to everyone.

The location for walking around the historical center is cosmic. The hotel is located in a real wooden mansion, if you are interested in the experience of living in such a building, then this is a great choice. We had a sea view plus ruins on the neighbor roofs, but this did not bother us.

The standards of cleanliness and tidiness of renovation in most of the Istanbul hotels where we have been need to be better:) This hotel is no exception.

The boss is very enthusiastic and the location of the hotel is great! It's right near the scenic spot, so it's very convenient to visit. The boss is very nice and helped us solve the troubles we encountered while traveling! recommend!

Rooms are depressing. Not a good interior design. The room i stayed in had its walpaper falling. Bathroom was tiney, hair dryer didnt work. Street noise can keep you awake.

Location is perfect for travel in old city. The owner is very helpful.

Water of shower is hard to adjust to a proper location, very hot or very cold then. Without very good sound-proof door and wall, in the night it's a problem to sleep very well if you aren't very sleepy :)

Excellent place for the price. Location was great and breakfast was pretty good. Place and furniture was not new or squeaky clean but again quite good considering the price. No complaints.
