Very friendly host and incredibly convinient place in Sultanahmet, spitting distance from major sightseeing spots like the Hagia Sophia, Bazaars, pr the Blue Mosque. Free tee and coffee, and a nice rooftop terrace to chill with cats. Would definitly recommend for short stays in Istanbul central. The room was very well maintained, clean, and held everything you‘d need.

The doors to each room are quite old. So you will hear everything that is going on outside. But to be fair, that seems to be the case at every Turkish hotel in this price range.

Location is not bad, close to Sultanahmet, can jump on a tram nearby to get anywhere. Room was clean and fully equipped with details like bottles of water, shampoo, shower gels etc. Very good value for your money. Breakfast is basic buffet, pretty much ok for short stays otherwise can get boring quickly.

Walls are a bit thin including doors so hope your neighbors are not noisy. Staff wasn't exactly helpful about getting around. Bathroom can be smallish for some.

Very good location, close to the most important tourist attractions in Istanbul, great value for the money, helpful staff, nice garden and terrace. They changed the towels daily.

Noisy room, you could hear everything from the street while sleeping. The room wasn't so clean, the windows and furniture were dirty and stained. It's really hard to open the window, especially if you're a woman. Breakfast - really cheap options and repetitive. No parking place available if you travel by car.We found our car scratched unfortunately.

Close to all major mosque attractions and museums (15 min). Area is a bit old and hazy as you walk out of the hotel through the streets but you figure where to go quickly. Breakfast is good and with variety. Rooms are ample and well designed. Bathroom is nice and clean with newer features and good taste. Rooftop does look to the ocean but other buildings cover the view. Staff is very friendly and will arrange taxis for you cheeper than Uber. The cost was affordable compared to other hotels near by.

The first room we were assigned had the air conditioning broke. It got extremely hot. We asked to have it checked and they changed the room immediately. No elevator so you will have to carry you luggage or have them help you witch they did for us.

Quite place, central location, good breakfasts, friendly staff, backyard and terrace, cozy rooms

We stayed here for 3 days and really liked this place. The hotel is 3 minutes away from Blue Mosque. It's small and nice, you feel like at home. The room was clean, there was water, tea and coffee, with refill. The breakfast was good. The terrace on the 4th floor has a remarkable view and it's for common share. Personal helped us a lot - with transfer and with our bags and they asked all our questions.

It may happen, that the room you booked by the photos and the room you will have in real are not the same, but the personal can help you with this.

The reception staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in downtown (European side) and Aya Sofia, The Blue Mosque and Basilica Cisterna - to mention only a few tourist attractions - are just a 5 - minute walk from the hotel. There is a very good mini market next door and there are a few more nearby. You can find many restaurants, shops and a bazaar in the proximity of the hotel. The tram station is a 10 - min walk from the hotel. The hotel has a breathtaking view of the sea from the rooftop. The room is very clean (cleaning is done every day) and nicely decorated. The kettle in the room is a nice touch. Very good WiFi.

Very uncomfortable beds. The breakfast is very basic and the same every day.

An omelet was added to the usual Turkish breakfast. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the big mosques, There is tourist shopping along the way. Taxis are nearby and affordable. The hotel office will call one for you and be sure that the driver knows where you want to go. (Have your local address completely and clearly written for the driver to read.) Showers had immediate hot water. Large bath towels too. 24 staff was always ready to help

This was our second stay. There was no table in our room the first time. The second time our room was 302. This put us 4 stories up with a narrow and twisting staircase. If one is feeble or fat, it would be a challenge. Even so, staff was always offering to carry our bags both up and own. So it is hard to come up with "What didn't you like? " We would stay here again, our next trip.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly and polite. Most of them do not speak English but are willing to help. The hotel was very clean. We arrived early and the room was ready so they let us check in 5 hours in advance. That was very nice. The breakfast is delicious. They even serve you omellets.

The coffee on breakfast was only instant. It was very weird being in Turkyie and having instant coffee only. The room and bathroom are not very spacious. For a tall person it can be a challenge.

Very nice and helpful staff, the rooms are very clean. Sruff in the room seem to be quite old, but all functions well. Apparently, if you live in the 2d floor during the night it's better to close windows bcs some cats can come for a visit :D

Unfortunately, the acoustic between the room and corridor is too good, so if you have some very loud neighbors at 3 am, that can be tricky. Other than that, everything else is really good. I'd recommend the place.
