The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Sultanahmet Square. The staff is very nice, especially Engin. Our room was not big, but that doesn't really matter since we only used it to crash after a long day of walking and sightseeing anyway. The bed was big enough for two people and – most importantly – very comfortable and firm.

Several times I encountered problems with the hot water supply, I had to turn off and turn on the water repeatedly until it magically fixed itself, that was a bit annoying but not impossible to endure. Also, the entire room could have been cleaner, for instance the flush button and the bathroom door were full of streaks and fingerprints. It wasn't dirty, don't get me wrong, just maybe not exceptionally clean.

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with everything. The owner, Engin, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He’s always ready to assist, answer any questions, and give useful tips about the city. The hotel itself is very clean, with everything maintained to a high standard. The coffee is simply fantastic — Engin personally ensures its quality. Starting each morning with a fresh cup of coffee was a real treat. The hotel is located right in the city center, which is super convenient. Despite that, it’s very quiet inside, making it a perfect place to rest.

The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, thanks in large part to the care and attention of the owner. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. It's situated within walking distance of Istanbul’s main attractions, such as the Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. This made it easy for us to explore all the major cultural and historical sites of the city. Additionally, we were delighted to be given the same comfortable room we had stayed in before, which added an extra layer of familiarity and comfort to our visit.

I truly enjoyed my stay in the Seaway Hotel! It is literally on the way to the sea 🌊 I do recommend this new, great, clean, hospitable, and really comfortable place. You won't regret it! Good value for money. I had a spacious and bright room, fresh towels and bed linens. Staff are always ready to welcome you with a cup of coffee, help, and find out an answer to your question. I realized that air-conditioning in the room makes a big difference in hot summer time. ☀️ The most famous places of interest are located in a walking distance. 🚶‍♂️ The more you ask, the more you learn about the city you are in and people who are around you. 💯

This hotel is a great find in Sultanahmet and exceptional value for money. The bathrooms have all been newly redone and are top spec. The rooms are smart with Air conditioning. Hotel was very quiet despite being in a perfect location close to Aya Sofia and main square and the tram stop. Owner was exceptionally friendly and offered complimentary coffee and was extremely helpful. Look no further for your stay in Istanbul!

Room was perfect for me as a solo traveller for a short stay though room might be a bit small for 2 people for a longer stay. It is perfect choice for someone looking for value for money in a superb location.

Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Museum, the Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square are merely a 2-minute walk away. The staff is exceedingly helpful, friendly, and hospitable.🙏🏼 In a quaint kitchenette, complimentary welcome tea or coffee is available at any time.☕🫖 The pricing is quite reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's certainly a worthwhile accommodation. I would assert that it provides an accommodation experience you will never regret.💯

Absolutely beautiful! The place, the location, staff - evrth was beyond expectations. You can see Topkapi walls from your window, 5 min walk to the main gate, 10 min walk to Sultanahmet meydani, evrth is soo so close, hotel though located on a quiet street, so no noise disturbs you. The hotel is new, all the furniture is fresh, hot water, AC’s, TV evrth works perfectly. The owner meets you in reception and takes good care of you. All the necessary amenities are available.

Great area right next to all the sights, five minutes walk to Agia Sophia, blue mosque, top kapi and more. Fully renovated room, very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small and although it has a lot of closet space there are no bedside tables, so you have to leave your phone etc on the floor next to the bed. Also , the shampoo was very small quantity for 4 people -5 days, it lasted only 1 day and it was renewed only after we asked.

A great little budget hotel within 10 minutes walk to the Sultanahmet Square. It's very basic but everything is new and very clean. You have the convenience of being close to major sites without the noise. Engi is very hospitable and helpful. If you don't need more than the basic comforts, this is a exceptional bargain.

The only complaint I have is that the bed was much too hard for my liking, but I mostly slept well from having long days of activities.

Everything was fine. The room is very clean and cozy. The owner is very friendly and open to help you with everything. The reception is 24/7. They have a kitchen where they can provide you free coffee or tea, more than that you have a fridge where you can keep your drinks at cold. The price/quality ratio is very good for this accommodation.
