The staff was great, the hotel is close to the main attractions, there is available parking nearby( 100 try/day). Breakfast was very good( buffet), had hot and cold food. The rooms have air conditioner that works very good and always had hot water on the shower. Overall it was a good experience;if it wasn't for the mould I would say excellent for the price.

There was mould in the bathroom sink.

This place was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the daily breakfast is excellent (included in the price), and the location is perfect for accessing many, many attractions. It is within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Archeological Museum, and much, much more. I very highly recommend this place! Also, I sometimes teach English online and I was able to conduct lessons with no problems at all - so the WIFI is great! The room was wonderful as well. The first night I stayed I sent pictures to a friend because the inlay in the wood of the furniture is so very amazing. I am probably gushing a bit, but I told her, "I am living like a Sultan!" I recommend this place very, very highly.

Whoever was the one that checked me into the place was very kind. he wrote down his name but unfortunately I forgot to grab the paper. Room is comfortable. A/C works. Internet worked well for work. Would stay here again. They also arranged a private transfer for me which was super convenient to and from the airport.

The people who work in the hotel. They are very friendly, very familiar and hospitable. The location of the hotel. You can go to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque walking in one direction. To the other is the Sea of Marmara. Also very close. The hotel building is old, with creaking wooden floors and Ottoman furniture. Very nice and with a lot of essence. The breakfast is complete too. I'm going to come back!

Excellent greeting. Very friendly, helpful staff, Good location for reaching all the sites. Good cleanliness. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Good, plentiful selection for breakfast. Staff very helpful arranging transport from / to airport.

Room furnishings a little too heavy / dark for size of rooms. Better lighting might be helpful. Perhaps a room on the upper levels rather than ground floor may be better. Could do with better shower facility - the shower holder not adequate for standing under the shower.

The alarm was off every morning, more than once a day. Not the most pleasant way to wake up. Not sure why this happened but we had it every morning (and rather early, before 7 am). The room next to the street is very loud and in general if the upstairs neighbors were walking, it felt like they were trying to break the place. I recommend ear plugs, especially for light sleepers.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Hagia Sofia and Topkapi are within minutes walk, the Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cisterns are also very close by. To the left there's a party street lined with pubs, bars and restaurants, perfect if you want to have a night out without having to trek further afield.

If I had to pick on something - the place is old and a bit creaky, so morning breakfast rush hour can be heard (important if you fancy a lie-in)

Superb location. Great to.pop back for a rest after walking around the main tourist attractions. Very close to plenty of great bars and restaurants. We were very comfortable. Lovely beds!

Maybe a bit more ambience. They have a lovely big courtyard area that was a bit underused and could be made to look fantastic..some lanterns or lights?

the price-quality ratio was perfect, especially considering that breakfast is also included; perfect location just next to Topkapi palace ; and friendly stuff

the room was under the roof and was with a balcony, it would be a perfect match if you are not taller than 165, for me it was difficult to go to the toilet and basin, I couldn’t stand straight there. but for us it was not a big deal and didn’t cause any problems

The breakfast is reasonably delicious, and the hotel provides you with a lot of variety to start the day. The location is simply stellar. Imagine reaching the entrance of Ayasofya within 5 min of leaving the hotel's premises. The room is alright since it is in a historic building. The creaking floor can be an issue for light sleepers unless you are on the top floor.
