The room is warm, light and clean. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Near the hotel there is the Sea of Marmara and the Bosphorus.

There was only one electrical outlet available in the room. The view of the Sea of Marmara is complemented by a view of abandoned houses and land. The nightstand has broken legs and one light bulb is missing. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. The hotel door is usually locked, and you need to press the bell button outside for the receptionist to open the door: you cannot open the outside door with the room key.

Great sea view, superb light during the day (super big windows), nice bed linen, stylish decorum inside the room, super great reseptionist, clean facilities. Close to all needed things imaginable (food, various cafes, shops, ITM, sea :-)).

No fridge to keep food, kettle was not in my room yet receptionist provided when asked. When you leave facilities you have to knock and wait untill they open the door so not super convenient, especially if you arrive early or late.

The location was good. Very nice staff. It felt much safer than any usual hotel anywhere because they have to open the door for you every time you want to enter (the door is not open for anyone to enter, you have to ring). They are available at all times.

No elevator and no breakfast but you can get breakfast in one of the many places nearby, so it's not really an issue

Very good establishment employees and receptionists are very polite and friendly with customers they are always willing to help and that is very reassuring when you visit the city for the first time the hotel is very clean and the room very comfortable and is just a few minutes walk from the blue mosque, Topkapi palace and the grand bazaar. Everything is very close so you can visit the city by walking. It is an area with many places to have breakfast and lunch. there are also supermarkets and it is very safe by night. Everything was great! Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. I booked a single room and it was a comfortable stay and a great value. Just a short walk from the key landmarks.

Internet connection was stable but could be better

I stayed several days in this hotel I highly recommend it , The staff is  very responsive and incredibly sympathetic. My room was Super clean and extremely quiet, the view is just stunning This hotel is really well located and secure. A very affordable hotel , good value . Don't hesitate ,it's worth visiting

First of all, the bed. I love large beds and this is the one. The room is quite spacious, especially if you're single. Wi-Fi speed and connection - no issues, very solid (there's its own dedicated network on each floor + lobby). The bathroom is quite nice, tho not very large. Personnel ah the lobby - nice guys, no issues communicating.

Nothing specific to really criticize. Maybe a little cleaner, maybe a little better location (arguable). AC maybe. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Great location, loved the view from the window. Very clean, getting room service every day. 24-hour desk, extremely friendly personnel.

Bad internet connection. Noisy surroundings (don't forget to bring earplugs to sleep in the morning).

the place is nice, located in the center close to mosques and old city. the staff is super friendly, speak all the languages, good WiFi, everything is fine. don’t expect much for this price, if you want comfortable hotel you would have to pay over $100 for it and not in this part of Istanbul, perhaps Karakoy. close to restaurants.

this area of Istanbul is safe, but not that clean or beautiful. a lot of poor people but it’s cheaper to stay than other parts of Istanbul
