The Hotel is in a very good place in Istanbul, my room had a very beautifull sea view. The Bed is very good, the reception hepled me a lot, the two ladies are so sweet and helpfull.

The room is small, but we only needed the room for sleeping. I had a problem with one of the staff upstairs at the terrace. he was very rude und didn´t let us choose a table at the breakfast with a view, he told us that all of them were reserved, (all the tables were free, we were the only persons that time) but he was lying, he just didn´t like us.

Everything think are perfect

Location, it’s opposite to the Galata Port with all returning and cafes. The hotel rooftop restaurant has nice view to the bosphore with great food they even do room service which I have tried most of their food and I liked all of them. all staff were very helpful and excellent in English language specially Mr. Latif was very helpful.

The staff were amazing! I had a medical emergency and had to stay in the room for 2 weeks and the staff tried their best to help! From the reception to the cleaning services. We didn’t like the breakfast that was offered since it’s a fixed plate everyday, but the manager did his best to add some more variety to please us.

Adding another lift since only one served the hotel and the roof top lounge.

The hotel was really nice and clean, the staff is very professional and helpful especially Latif, he speaks arabic&english& turkish, he made our visit 100% better with his recommendations and advice abt istanbul. And latif helped us with the Turkish calls we were getting from the delivery guys and all.

The rooms weren’t that big just average size

I liked almost everything about the hotel, the location is fantastic, The stuff, Latif and Ehsan were so nice to us and very helpful ,thank you a lot for this experience, definitely won’t be the last time. Let’s not forget about the cute dog they have Shamsedeen 😊

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It is located very close to the cruise terminal. The food in the restaurant was very good and value for money. Cannot fault the staff.

The room was a bit cramped even allowing that the cost was lower than others in the area There were issues with water leaking from the shower when in use.

A very clean and comfortable hotel at an awesome location. The view from my room overlooking the sea was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, starting from the manager, Mr Sharif to Selcan the receptionist, Ferdi and all others. They even upgraded my room to sea view one. And of course the icing on the cake is the roof top Zebra restaurant. Scintillating view of the Bosphorus and music creates the perfect ambience for a large variety of scrumptious food options served in an exquisite manner. Good wine/cocktails and Sheesha to relax in after a hearty meal. A lovely stay all in all.

Location is perfect, direct sea view, Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nespresso machine in each room (but not working with nespresso capsules)

Breakfast start too late (9am). Tiny elevator. No laundry service inside the hotel.
