Erham Çevik front office supervisor gave me a very good room with nice views. He everyday asked my about our satisfactory about the room and quality of servies. Actually we were totally satisfied about the room and services quality.

Everything were fine and we enjoyed it during our stay.

The staff were really friendly. The restaurant/bar on the roof was the highlight of the facilities.

I was expecting the room to be a bit more spacious but in general I was satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blue Pera in Istanbul, Turkey. I was absolutely impressed with the level of service I received from the staff, especially Omar from room service and Fatih and his colleagues at the front desk. Omar was always prompt and courteous, and he always went above and beyond to make sure my requests were met. He even remembered my favorite food and brought it to me without me having to ask. Fatih and his colleagues at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. The room itself was spacious and clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The hotel is also located in a great location, close to all the major attractions. I would definitely recommend staying at the Radisson Blue pera anyone visiting Istanbul, Turkey.

Check in took forever, over 40 minutes waiting; not acceptable for a Radisson!

Very spacious room with large beds and configurable air conditioning. Nice gym and wellness facilities. Great and varied breakfast. Shoutout to Sevde for making sure we had everything we needed every morning.

Bit of trouble with pre-authorizing payment on check-in; luckily we had a backup card which worked. Reception staff seemed a bit tense at times. Struggled to find opening hours for facilities, such as the bar, which closed a bit early it seemed.

Great location within walking distance of shopping and good restaurants and cocktail bars. The breakfast was amazing. Sevde at reception really made our stay comfortable. She took care of any request we had with a friendly smile, which really made our stay memorable.

Everything was great, except our check out process. The young gentleman at reception was rude to the point that he didn't even want to give my wife some water when she asked. Even though our stay was amazing, we left with a negative vibe.

Room was an upgrade by Yusuf to sea-facing, great view. Breakfast buffet was great, staff catered to food requests. Location was ideal for our visit, dinner at the terrace restaurant has beautiful views Room service was perfect and timeous Shoutout to Hasan, Deniz, Dogan, Sevde and Yusuf for making the stay memorable!

Shower floor tiles were broken, poorly repaired, and sliding door bathroom mirror was cracked.

Radisson has long been a favourite of mine when travelling to different cities. I was also very pleased with this hotel. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Thank them very much! The art deco room was amazing. The hotel had a pool and spa. Galata Tower and Istiklal street is a 5-6 minute walk from the hotel. Great location. There are many restaurants nearby. Great views of the golden horn bay and sunset.

The whole experience is great, and it all started with the great reception by Yusuf, and he helped us throughout our stay and even could rapidly find a taxi for us as the driver we called couldn't make it on time. I highly recommend this hotel and it's exceptional highly qualified staff, and personally thank Yusuf! I will stay there again for sure.

Too many incoming guests, we had to wait a little bit, but Yusuf's quick and professional handling of our checkin turned it into a pleasure

The staff was amazing, the front desk, room cleaning services, top roof bar and spa and breakfast service and staff. People are really friendly and very accommodating showing the great hospitality of the country. Night staff at the front desk did an excellent job taking care of our needs, requests and questions about the city, restaurants and places to go.
