It s our third time in Istanbul and the third time we ve stayed here. It s a small Turkish hotel which is just our thing, we don’t like large corporate type of hotels. It s a great location as it s next to the Marmaray line at Sirkeci so the transportation links are fantastic but as it’s underground you don’t get noise from the trains. It’s a close walk to the tram and waterfront. Beds are good size and comfortable, bedding good quality and rooms are very clean and Turkish design. Shower is very powerful with plenty of hot water . It has a roof terrace where you can sit with fabulous views of the Bosphorus. Breakfast is a vast spread of fresh local food which is freshly prepared. No matter what your taste for breakfast is there will be something for you. The staff are all exceptionally good and helpful. We ve been going to this hotel since 2019 and we were really pleased to see that one of the original staff members who invariably was stuck with us arriving in the middle of the night was now the day manager. I’ve never had any complaints with any of the staff but he was on another level. He was proactive at breakfast, checking the supply of food, refilling if necessary, moving tables to accommodate different groups, he was always on the go in a very proactive way. I would certainly have him as my manager if I had a hotel that s for certain. If you needed something it was sorted with no fuss. As usual we were gutted to be leaving.

Very clean, and size of the rooms were good. Only 2-3 min walking to the Sirkeci tram, and 1 min from Marmaray Sirkeci station. Some have written that the sound of the adhan was too loud, which I didnt think when we were staying there. As a muslim I was so happy for it and the imams voice was amazing.

We had a great stay at Istasyon hotel for our honeymoon. The location is superb and our room was really nicely decorated with rose petals on our arrival. The staff at the reception speak English well enough to for example ask for directions, travel tips and arranging a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is quite diverse and some dishes are changed each day, which we found refreshing.

The coffee machine at breakfast and the tea aren’t that great, but both are acceptable :) The length of the bed (which was about 1m85) is too short for tall European people, but I managed.

The hotel was very clean and in very good location. 15 min walk from Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Most of attractions was easily on foot accessible. Cleaning service came every day of our stay and we had a clean room and clean towels every day. We had also every day free bottles of water on our room.

It was a little room, and from our window we didnt had access because there was another wall direkt to our window. So practically we didnt had a window on our room and we couldnt have fresh air at all. Brakfast was a bit poor in my opinion and was too late opened ( 08:00- 10:30) On our departure day we couldnt have berakfast because of opening time.

The hotel is located in a perfect location for touring and sightseeing in Istanbul. A few hundred meters away from the metro station which is connected to the whole city. Only two stops from Sutlanahmet and the old part of the city, which you can reach by walking in 10 minutes. Very clean and nice hotel. I would especially like to praise Hakan from the reception who speaks excellent English and was at our disposal.

The disadvantage is that there is no parking space in front of the hotel for those who come with a car, and the breakfast could be of better quality and variety. We were in the summer period, there was never any fruit.

It is our third time here in this hotel, and we booked 7 nights Super Extra Everything is excellent, statrting from the stuff ; Abdelbari, zeynab, the egyption man i think his name is Omar , and the others , all of them are smiling, helpful and very nice. We booked double room, But Abdelbari gave us a better triple room at the seventh floor the view there is amazing The location is the best, near marmaray metro station, serkici tram station, Eminonu ferry station. Cleanliness It is excellent. The Breakfast is verygood, But like all hotels they have to make more choices day after day🤣

The location, Kind and accommodating staff, clean facility, beds were comfortable.

There was 1 iron for the entire facility , and No ironing board. We desperately needed this. We traveled a very long distance for my son’s wedding and had no way to press our clothes. It’s a small item in comparison, but it left us looking unkept in wrinkled clothes. Breakfast could be better with more fresh fruits of banana, strawberry, watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, apple and a variety of cheeses. Fresh juices of orange, apple, and pomegranate would be much appreciated, especially for the children.

The location was amazing and suitable for our holiday , also the the staff the was amazing always helping us with a smile on there faces including Abdallah who we found to an exceptional individual who thanks to him we had a much easier time to relax and feel comfortable in Istanbul .

The location was good but Booking.com was a huge disappointment. I tried to shorten our stay several times prior to our arrival and inspite of being assured that we could I was informed that there was no availability? How is there no availability in a situation where you are shortening your stay? We used Agoda for the next 3 hotel stays in Turkey and we're extremely happy with their service. Booking.com needs to nt make promises they don't keep.

There is a mosque speaker right outside the room window so you get loudley and rudely awakened in the early hours every morning.
