My friend and I stayed in the hotel for one week.We think the location was perfect for visiting the city especially the old Town and the historical part of the city. Many places are accessible by walk and also the is a subway and a train station nearby. Receptionists were very helpful, especially Faruk and Sercan who gave us many good adresses. Faruk kindly offered me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday and it was very nice of him! Thank you :)

Everything was good except the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear noises or the hallway noises in the middle of the night. Also the breakfast coffee was not good.

Excellent location and around a 10 minute walk to Suleimani Mosque. They have good quality steam irons to use. Beautiful mosque directly outside. Very decent food and well made Shisha on the rooftop terrace/restaurant. Very close to the wholesale market/shops. Staff were very friendly. Good and relaxing amenities in the basement with steam room, sauna, showers and swimming pool

Pay for orange juice at breakfast. Selection at breakfast is the same everyday. For people staying a week it get a bit boring. A change in selection would be good. No ironing board making it difficult to iron clothes on the bed.

Staff are amazing and go out of their way to help you even with the language barrier. They try their best to understand you and get the job done. Kudos to the manager for having a great team. Spa is great. Pretty expensive but great if you want to spoil yourself. Sauna gets awkward if another gender is using it. Restaurant food was okay. Great service though. Family member enjoyed it more than I did. American food pretty much. Cafe has great turkish coffee and gets the job done. Great place to crash after a long day to grab a quick bite/drink. Elevators are very quick. Rooms are clean and a good size. Water does leave the shower. Should add towels to put on the floor on the outside of the shower. If you like a quiet room do not face the street. I had very very very very loud music from a restaurant across the street blasting till about 12 1230. Nothing the hotel could do obviously but maybe talk to their neighbor? I'm sure there has to be a noise code for music? Good for staff to do rounds 11 pm to 7 am as I had very noisy next door neighbors. Didn't want to cause a problem. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Very high standards and I had been a manager in hotels in NY for 10 years and they know what they are doing here.

Great location with only three stops away from the blue mosque area. Lovely pool which is indoor and open long hours. Access to sauna and steam room. Pleasant rooms, fridge and teas included with kettle. with an okay spread for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice restaurant with a mosque view on the 6th floor with decent food.

About 30 minutes walk from sultanahmet area so with children better to use public transport. Gym facilities could be better but were okay. Breakfast choices could be improved with a later finish time. Carpets in rooms looked a little unclean.

1) The main elderly impolite waiter on the 6th floor. Every time we had dinner there, he seemed annoyed with the time we required to choose our meal (which wasn't long at all!). He stayed by the table all the time from the moment we sat, with a face as if he was running the most important process in the world. 2) Food was not as we expected from a fine Turkish cuisine. 3) Some reception staff don't speak (good) English 4) At the time of initial booking, not great at answering messages and communicating.

- nice and clean room with a breathtaking view over the mosque (mind that the daily calls to prayer are pretty loud, but we didn’t find it disturbing and enjoyed it as a special Istanbul “touch”) - perfect location in the city centre - lively night life and restaurants around the hotel, a lot of Istanbul attractions are accessible by foot! - sauna and swimming pool with no extra charge - courteous stuff (we especially appreciated the friendly Yunus in the wellness area, who was always in good spirits, helpful and funny!) - large selection of food at the breakfast buffet - mostly Turkish things, greens, lots of bread and cheese, not that much fruits

- the breakfast area downstairs is big, has no windows and is not very cozy. it can also get loud with lots of children running around. - the coffee at the breakfast was not enjoyable at all (for our European taste, maybe?..), so we had to switch to tea, which was a little disappointing One more thing, that is not a big deal: we had these little packed soaps in the bathroom, which were thrown away and replaced by the cleaning ladies DAILY, though we had barely used them yet! We found it very unnecessary, and you could easily drop it for the sake of environment. As guests we would be happy to use the same bar of soap for the whole stay! :)

at the checkin they were little bit disorganised and in the bathroom water get blocked, they need fix it

Breakfast was good and varies. We stayed for 7 nights with small kids and there were always something for everyone. Only suggestion is maybe consider adding in local turkish cuisine please. The pool was nice and warm. Opens from 10am to 5pm for guests. Yunus at the spa and pool was very pleasant, accommodating and looked after us very well. They went anove and beyond and made us great breakfast to go when we had to check out at 4am to catch our flight. The hotel is well located close to busses and metro. Also could have walked if you like walking.

The pool could have opened longer for free usage for guests beyond 5pm. Iron was not supplied in the room but it was sent to the room when requested but taken away again after used. There were a couple of times when the coffees and teas werent refreshed when our rooms were made up. Our TV was mostly dubbed in Turkish and no subtitle although our children's room has English speaking channels so definitely varies from TV types we figured. Nothing major as we dont spend too much time in the room but certainly a small hassle.

The location of the hotel was good, in the old town near shops. The room was large and spacious, it was cleaned every day, towels were changed, a window facing a mosque. The breakfasts were excellent, not varied but a large selection of things every day (eggs, pancakes, fruits and vegetables, various cheeses, Turkish sweets, konplex, coffee machine, etc.). The pool was excellent, the water is pleasant and the place is quiet and peaceful. It's a shame you have to buy pool caps for 100 lira per person - they could have written in advance that you need to bring them. There was also a sauna and a steam shower. The hotel staff is very nice.

It is near a mosque, so you can hear the muezzin (their prayer) even at night! We would wake up at 3:30 in the morning. They should arrange for a soundproof room. Pool caps must be used and we will not be notified in advance about this. Could have varied more in the breakfasts throughout the week.

The location was great and the staff very friendly despite there were apparently some issues with my booking. Nice, clean and cozy small room with a mini fridge, a safe etc.. Enough space for a weekend trip. Great breakfast buffet in a room with the charm of a station concourse, which did not bother me as it was not too crowded and I went early.

No air conditioning in the room! According to the reception none of the rooms has AC. So in summer you need to keep the windows open. Not all items from the breakfast buffet were available when I went to grab something directly after the opening. I don't need a new bar of soap every day. This is not sustainable!
