Good position, very close to Vezneciler Metro and Laleli Tram station. Quite ok breakfast, although it was not ready at 8:00 as it should: eggs, omelet, cheese, salami, salad, three types of olives, butter, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, speak English. A lot of cheap places nearby to eat when you return from the city

Coffee was only "instant", not espresso, at breakfast The only disadvantage is the size of the room and toilet, they are quite small, with not so much space for cloths in the room or space to sit on the toilet.

1 month in Istanbul, 4 different hotels. The Queen Hotel beats all of them by a landslide. You will not find better staff at any hotel, I can guarantee that. They are so helpful, will go out their way for matters unrelated to your hotel room even. They made this stay better than all just on the service alone. Location is optimal if you’re looking for shopping, site seeing, bazaar trips, local shops. the breakfast here was also better than anywhere we stayed. high recommended

This hotel is newly renovated but a few cons were the twin beds were not comfortable to my liking, they are on the hard side. with the rooms being new and super clean, the renovation took space from the bathroom so expect the bathroom to be very small. not much room to move around in or sit on the toilet facing forward as the sink blocked it. Shower was modern, but again, hard to spread arms for washing hair

Staying at The Queen Hotel was an amazing experience. The people who work here are lovely and helpful. They were very welcoming and are willing to help you with all your needs. The hotel is in the most perfect location. Close to everywhere you would want and need to go. They also have breakfast every morning with a delicious variety. I personally had surgery and they were very helpful and gave me takeaway containers to take to eat in my room at my own comfort. When i do visit Turkey again i will be sure to book The Queen Hotel again. Amazing location, amazing food, amazing people & very quiet surroundings.

Great location, close to metro and lot of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was OK, I don't understand people complaining. Hotel was clean and everything was new inside. Hard mattresses but beds comfortable. Small room and bathroom but still good value for money.

No room cleaning during 5 days stay. There was some small imperfections like not working fridge, not installed hanger in the closet but it`s nothing surprising in Turkey :) You just have to concentrate on your plan, not on details :)

The hotel was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! Great location and easy to walk to the main tourist sites. A few minutes away from the metro station and lots of shops and good restaurants near by. Good breakfast. Really enjoyed our stayed here!

The bathroom is small although the shower is spacious. The balcony could be cleaned and have some small chairs/a table added to make the space more usable.

The staff were amazing. I needed quite a bit of help with luggage and some boxes related to my work and they went far beyond my expectations to take care of me in several situations. It's also very convenient that breakfast is good and cheerful, and they have a restaurant. They guided me to the restaurants that I wanted for myself and for my work, and their recommendations were spot on.

Cozy rooms (I would recommend triple room even if you are only 2, it has more space, bigger toilets, though still compact) It is inside a neighborhood, so its hard to find taxi in front of it, you need to walk to the main street a couple of minutes, not a big deal

Guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful especially Mohamed. It took just a minute to check in, we arrive at 9am and our check in was at 2pm and they provide us room at 10am, it was really appreciate it, The location is the best in the city 2 minutes from Veznecıler metro station and 2 minutes from tram. This apart hotel provides with an excellent value for money. the staff at the restaurant was very nice and helpful.

Hello, All rooms, furniture, bathrooms, lobby, everything has been renewed. There is a cafe on the lower floor and breakfast is served there. The location of the facility is within walking distance of historical sites. The cafe's food is very good. I advise. The hotel is close to the Vezneciler metro and the Laleli University tram line.
