Great hotel - very clean and spacious. Friendly staff who offered us wine when we arrived. Great location for sightseeing and getting the main places (including near a ferry to get to the asian side).

For this hotel I'd print out a map with it marked and the address so a taxi knows how to get there. The hotel is narrow on the outside so not obvious before you see it. Just be wary when getting a taxi from the airport as they try to charge too much, make sure they have the meter on. There is roof terrace but it looks like it's not yet finished (but it was really cold when we were there so wouldn't have used it).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The location of the hotel allows you to visit many important and viral sights in Istanbul and minimize the use of public transportation since everything is close to the hotel and can be reached by walking. I had a wonderful experience at Sherry Suites Karaköy. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help especially Adam, Ali, Çagatay and Enes! Thank you!

Elevator size is small and barely enough for 4 people. Bedsheets and towels are clean but they are old and need to be replaced.

Great location: next to the tram station, walking distance to Galataport, Galata tower & bridge. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Wifi worked well Overall the room was fine

There is a difference between room’s pictures on booking and the reality. In fact the hotel is somewhat old and requires slight modification. Biggest issue was with shower water temperature- it was quite cold and it wasn’t pleasant taking shower. Water pressure in the sink was too high, so that water was spilling all over.

Firstly, I would like to give a very big huge thanks for reception guys Çağatay, Enes, Adem and Ali, these guys are really super awesome guys ❤️ they are doing their best to make their visitors happy, you can go down to the ground floor and they will give you something to drink and you'll have a good conversation with them :) Hotel are cozy and comfortable, it's not crowded, really this is the best hotel I've ever stayed! truly everything was exceptional, I stayed 2 weeks (1 week on booking and extended 1 week) it exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean; bed, bathroom, tables, toilets, almost everything, rooms are so nice, it makes you feel very good because of the good lighting, the room is large and it has a good bathroom. The location of the hotel is very good, central and close to almost everything. Everything that you see in the pictures is same as the reality. I'm recommending it for everyone specially people with families.

Outstanding As a Marriott Titanium Elite member I do not know what to expect when staying in a non brand hotel. This place has exceeded my expectation. Clean, excellent location, very friendly, and welcoming. There were so many restaurants, so I did not stay for breakfast ( cannot comment on the food ) I will definitely stay there again. Mosaab

The staff was particularly good and friendly. It is in the middle of one of the historic areas of Istanbul. The bed was really comfortable. It is specious and well appointed. Highly recommended

Only complaint, is that the hot water is obviously shared between at least the two rooms on each floor... But even then, it was good. And when the hot water was available, it was excellent

There are a lot of hotels in Istanbul that look good on photos but in reality are totally opposite but this place is even better than it looks on photos. I spent a good 40 days in Istanbul and went through several hotels and airbnb's but this is by far the best hotel i stayed at. The room is perfect with a small fridge, big tv, comfortable bed, working space with table and chair if you are working remotely, with a good Wifi. Plenty of sockets to plug and charge all your electronics (this is a rare thing in Istanbul hotels). Most importantly they have double glazed windows so you dont hear anything from outside once shut. Modern airconditioning with temperature control to give you a good night sleep. The bathroom is modern and has a very good shower, toileteries, enough towels and disposable slippers. The room also has coffee and tea making facilities and some bottles of water on your arrival. The terrace offers a good view of Bosphorus and you can catch sunrise with a cup of real coffee from a real coffee machine at the reception. The staff is kind and helpful and they will help you with anything you need. The lobby is cosy and modern and you can enjoy a cup of coffee there or just chill. Location is perfect about 2 mins to karakoy by walking and walking distance to galata tower and all major attractions. The tram stop is on the parallel street about a minute walk, I would strongly vouch for this nice hotel for your comfortable stay in Istanbul.

I regularly come to Istanbul since 2012 and this is hôtel is by far the best I have been to in terms of quality and price. the location is perfect a few steps away from metro, 5mn from galata tower, 7mn from eminonu the karakoy neighborhood is by itself a gem ! the staff is amazing they answered all our requests immediately and with kindness they are also very quick to answer emails. the room was cleaned and tidied every day, it was big spacious and very modern ! highly highly recommend thank you for the amazing stay

nothing it was perfection

We took the one bedroom apartment, which had it’s a kitchenette that was very helpful during lockdown. Location was perfect. A walk to Karakoy, where you can pick up your coffee between a bunch of coffee shops including Starbucks. Enjoy a walk to Sultanamet by crossing the bridge, or beautiful Galata leading you to Taksim where the shopping area is. Take the cable car to Nisantasi. Or just take the ferry (2 mnts walk) to go to kadikoy. As for staff, I felt among family. I can’t thank them enough for the care they’ve given us. I would definitely be back. Again, thank you Emin, Zeki, Adnan, Ali and Khadijeh. My stay was better because of you all. Oh, breakfast is great, including their cappuccino machine! Ask for their egg menemen, eggs with sojok and Simit with cream and honey.
