Very helpful staff at the reception , the facilities are clean very well designed , and the location is very good close to everything !

The personnel at the Spa and The hamam treatment !! Unprofessional staff , not near value for money an unpleasant experience that almost ruined our day :/ Don’t choose the ottoman hamam expensive option ITS A SCAM extra money for nothing . They didn’t even ask if we have any health problems that they should be aware of , they weren’t even professional therapists they only cared about taking the money the moment you step in « hello how would you like to pay ? » very sad and unexpected for a hotel like this .. hope they improve

it was my first time in Istanbul, the choice was hard, but I didn’t regret it to stay in this hotel; since the first day everyone was kind to us especially Jawad and Barq and the rest who I don’t recall their names. great location next to Lebanese delicious restaurant few steps from Galata Tower and Galata port mall. the Spa, swimming pool and the gym are wonderful. The suite we stayed in was spacious and shining.

Location is great for a first time tourist to Istanbul. Walking distance to many restaurants, the modern art museum, and Galata Tower. Also the tram stop is so close! Helpful front desk staff and a lovely spa.

It is a really beautiful hotel. I had a large double room with plenty of space for one night and then joined a friend in a twin room for the rest of the week. The twin room was a bit tight but still comfortable and had everything you might need.

The best and friendliest reception team in town. Came as a guest and left as a friend. Really a great experience. Thanky you. ;)

The location of the hotel is perfect. Located near the nicer part of Karakoy, we managed to walk to many of the places and the location was not packed with tourists. A lot of restaurants/bars and coffee shops within close proximity. Overall has a great experience at Burdock and would definitely stay again. The team was very helpful in recommending activities, sites to visit and making reservations. A big thank you to - Batuhan, Volkan, Seyma, Dila, Caglar and Utku for their help!

Room layout was different to my preference but you get used to it.

Location, friendly staff

City room is very noisy specially at night as windows r not sound proof. No parking in front of hotel. Safety (2 times the staff opened the door on us although do not disturb was on) once early morning and one at noon. Bathroom not practical at all

Service was incredible. Extremely friendly, courteous. The room was very clean and designed to a high spec. The shower was fabulous. The room was quiet, great, easy to control air conditioning and comfortable beds. The gym was excellent - great modern machines and all the free weights

As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The location was brilliant: walking distance to the tram stop and the Galata port. Plenty of options for restaurants and the buzz. Easy access across to the Bosphorous bridge and Galata tower. Just note the incline walk upwards to Galata tower and Istiklal street. Otherwise other access areas are straight walking paths. The hotel room was upgraded to a deluxe room which was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic which was great to see. The gentleman who did my checkin was brilliant, I got to hear the origin story of the hotel, anatolian theme which set the tone for the stay. The hotel room was quiet, was on the fourth floor.

The bathroom set up of having the sink outside takes some getting used to, plus there is no place to hang your clothes in the shower cubicle so you have to step out into the bedroom to get changed. For a solo traveller that is fine, but you may not be able to share this room with friends considering the bathroom and shower arrangement. There was a side street view from the room but nothing amazing, that was fine as i was not expecting to spend much time in the room other than for resting at night.

Great new hotel in a trendy location. We actually enjoyed the location so much that we didn’t want to explore further areas of Istanbul. Special compliments to the chef, the food was very tasty. Spa area is small but there are not many visitors so it’s quiet and nice.

I love the decor of the hotel for sure and also the staff was amazing. always there to help. /it was a real treat staying in this hotel. The mattress as well as the room is really comfy.

At first we were given I think the room on the 1st floor which was a bit small . I preferred when we moved up and the room was more spacious.The bathroom is kind of weird with one door for toilet and the other for the shower and the vanity being in the room itself . I like space so I kind of felt a bit compressed when the door closes, but I m sure it works for a lot of people no problem.
