We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. I liked the stylish interiors and the incredible view from the lounge area on the 6th floor. Very tasty breakfasts (small, but hearty, and they also serve beautiful desserts). Separately, I would like to note the incredibly friendly and helpful manager Ozlem. Always available tea, coffee and water in the lounge area on the 1st floor. If you eat in winter, then you need to consider that the room is heated only by air conditioning, but it is powerful. Pets are allowed in the hotel (but it is better to check and call). Thanks to the staff for the New Year holidays!

Everything. The location was a plus, as it was close to all transportation facilities like the ferry, metro and bus station. Also, the breakfast was an open buffet and was so tasty, many thanks to the chef, such an amazing lady. Also, special thanks to Ahmet and yassin and everyone working in the hotel. Also, the rooms were very clean and there is daily housekeeping.

I loved my stay at this hotel, The staff were amazing and helpful, There was an issue with the room, it smelled very bad and the heater wasn't working, so I talked to Furkan, him and Yasin were amazing and supportive to accommodate me to a new room. Furkan assisted me as well for the check out process which was very smooth, and Yasin arranged a taxi to the airport, they were super nice even though I made the taxi wait for 45min cause I got lost :( The location is amazing, there is less than 1min walk to the supermarket and some restaurants,the tram is like 2min away, it will take u directly to most tourist areas like sultanahmat, the grand bazaar and the Egyptian bazaar.. ect, it is 20 min walk to isteklal street on the way you will pass by Galata tower. You can go to taksim square by bus which is 7min away. The room is nice, the bed and pillows are soft, they have this cool mirror,there is a minibar, slippers, TV..ect, the bathroom is clean, they have these small shampoos and body lotions. There is a hair dryer as well Overall I do recommend staying there 😊

Okk so the lights in the room are a little dim, only around the wall long mirror The breakfast wasn't that much for me, but they have done their best with the service which I really appreciate

The staff is very attentive and always helpful in resolving issues. Upon arrival, they helped to bring our luggage to the room. Upon departure, we ordered a hotel transfer to get to an apartment in another part of the city, the transfer is excellent and comfortable! We were in the hotel with a cat, everything was great! The breakfasts are very tasty! Also we asked to leave us a breakfast plate, because we were late, and the staff left it to us. Towels have been changed every day. Very close access to public transport, it is convenient to get from here to any part of the city. Nearby there are ATMs and exchangers. A lot of cafes, coffee shops, grocery and restaurants nearby Beautiful sights nearby within walking distance - seafront, the Galata tower, souvenir shops. On the roof there is a beautiful place where you can work at the table and look at the city sights. Wi-fi is free + smart tv

Shower had a black mold. The room lights are very dark.

We stayed six nights in SUB Karakoy. The hotel is in a great location to reach the sites on foot. The price-performance ratio is accurate, a rare find in Istanbul. But what surprised us the most about the hotel was the staff. From the front desk and their helpers to the valets, cleaners and breakfast staff, everyone was genuinely warm and helpful at all times of the day. Furkan in particular always stood by our sidem sparing us many a tourist trap. This kindness made any minor mishaps during our stay in the hotel seem completely insignificant. We can only recommend it and would love to come back.

The location in the Karakoy neighborhood, near restaurants and shops, public transportation, the hamam, and near everything else we wanted to see, but far enough from the noise of the loud streets with clubs and bars. Interesting design of lobby and rooms. The staff, at least the one who spoke English, was very helpful. Comfortable beds and sheets. Very clean. Nice and adequate breakfast. The shower had a good steady flow of water.

The hotel seemed as if it were one of the first ones built in the neighborhood but there are now newer ones. There was a coffee machine in the room but we only got one pod for our entire stay. The lighting in the lobby and rooms was too low. It affected the atmosphere in the hotel. There was not a night light for reading in bed.

The hotel sits right near the seashore. In couple minutes you can walk by. Nearby is a lot of nice small streets with shops and restaurants that leads you to Galata Tower and also Taxim square (a bit of climbing up :D). There is a rooftop with amazing view and i believe if we would come in more warmer season (we stayed in the beginning of March, it was still a bit freezing), it will be really nice there to sit and have a nice cup of Turkish coffee. Rooms are sufficiently clean and design is extremely cool, especially art objects. Breakfast one of the best in my life. Yammy! Staff was nice people, the elder guy and younger Furkan :)

The location is very central and convenient. Superb breakfast, served on the rooftop penthouse of a different and more luxurious hotel nearby, with a spectacular view over the city. All the staff, especially Furkan, were extremely attentive and helpful. The industrial-chic style of the hotel may not be to everyone's taste, but I liked it.

The room was a bit dark and had an ugly view of the back of a building opposite however this meant that, unlike the rooms facing the street, it was not noisy with the window open.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its great location, right across from alleys filled with charming cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself exuded a unique and quirky character, making it a delightful experience. Though the rooms were small, the space was efficiently utilized. The breakfast in the adjoining hotel provided fantastic views and a delightful selection. I only stayed for a night, but I would have gladly extended my stay if possible. Highly recommended!

The staff were super nice, the place was so cozy and the area was very quite and nice and the street right behind it was full of people and cafes and restaurants if one day you wanted to stay close to the hotel. The room was so nice and was very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was so nice and tasted really amazing. The staff were honestly super super nice and very sweet, all of them really specially Yagmur. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Definitely will be back soon
