This hotel is very nicely situated in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood with restaurants and shops near by. Some major sights are very close, like Blue mosque is only 15min away by foot. The room was clean and cosy. We stayed only one night and wish we could stay longer. We definitely recommend it.

We had early morning flight and asked the hotel to arrange the transportation to the airport. I must say that the staff was really nice and very hospitable. The price of the transportation was quite expensive but because we had to leave almost in the middle of the night we didn't bother to look for something cheaper. We recommend the hotel to provide cheaper option and people can choose if they want luxury or just a simple car.

Clean and friendly staff. Mehmet was very kind and did his best for us, despite our language barriers. The apartment was nice and fit for up to 6 persons. air conditioning was very good and we could borrow kitchen stuff from the reception.

the location, probably due to cultural value of the area, was surrounded by not so modern and fancy streets. The uphill towards biggest attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, can be challenging for some people.

Very nice hotel. We were 9 people with kids , its a very beautiful art paintend place in traditional quiet location. We were very good welcomed from the hosts Ugur and Elen. They helped us all the time and we became friends with them. There is a coffe bar near to rooms that you can drink tea and coffe for free all day 24/7. The breakfast is cheap just 70 liras , but very tasty. Attractions are pretty close to the hotel. Thanks to Elen and Ugur for everything , will come back.

The only one minus is that the rooms are very small and tight , but if you are there to be outside and looking for attractions all day - its not such a big problem.

Excellent location , villa which exceeded our expectations and of our guests too...The stay which was made amazing thanks to high professionalism and exceptional service by manager Ugur who was always available with anything we needed. We will surely come back again

This hotel so nice, not really close to center so its more quite, and around here u can find kinda street food that more affordable, the owner so nice, remember I was arrive 3 o'lock in the morning and he comes to open the door. The room is clean, warm (coz it was winter when I visit), wifi is super fast. It's also close to the sea. Overall is a good hotel. For the price u can't find any other like this 🥰

it was very clean and the staff was welcoming from the start. Mehmet who welcomed us helped with transfer of family from airport, showed fantastic hospitality so that our family got nice feeling from the start. Although due to longer stay of earlier guests, we did not get to our apartment directly, Mehmet and coworkers gave us very good alternative rooms. We all found them inherently helpful and amicable.

the location is in a bit imperfect area which we assume is not allowed to be modernized due to cultural value. Towards the biggest attractions, there are uphills that can be challenging for some people. the property itself was nice.

One of the most unique hotel in Istanbul with beautiful garden where you can drink coffe and relax. Comfort rooms, good wifi, safe neighborhood close to the city centre and city transportation. The host (brat Ugur) left the best impression, always polite and kind. He was there for us 24/7 and there was no thing that he can't do. Everything was pefect!

The staff were great, and helped us from the beginning. However, the air conditioning in the room was not good so we didn’t good so good sleep. Important to note that only that room had some problems, we stayed in the same hotel for four more days and the other rooms and apartments were very good.

Air conditioning was not so good and the bathroom was small for housing both shower and WC. Nevertheless, only that room, as we stayed for four more days and other rooms we nice.

Very nice patio, friendly host and personnel, good location. At some nights we would sit with other guests and one of the locals played guitar on the patio. Would recommend and book again!

Our room was above the kitchen and we could smell the food, also shower facility could be a bit better but this all does not matter actually since in Istanbul you will be walking/outside almost all day.
