I stayed 1 week at the hotel. I was kindly greeted by Azat who was a real joy and helpful host in the night who spoke good english and was very helpful with offering suggestions of places to see, what to be aware of. He offered to upgrade my room free of charge. He was a great representative of the hotel. The cleaning staff kept my room nice and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Great location close to the hustle and bustle but also in a nice quiet section of Istanbul. Big thanks to Azat and the team. I evem broke my phone and they were very helpful sorting alternative communication.

A little noisy at times but all in all a pleasant stay. Shower leaked from time to time and air conditioning was a little inconsistent. Otherwise a tidy little hotel for the price.

Great location walking distance to hagia, topkapi and blue mosque as well as transport. Ali was very helpful and easily reachable by message when I was out, and there was always someone available at the hotel. Housekeeping went above and beyond with tidying my room which was really nice to come back to after a long day of exploring. Great check out time of 12/12:30 which is rare to find. The room was perfect for myself and I didn’t need anything more. Thank you.

It was value for money, the best place to live and roam about, the shopping is very economical here. Eateries are also good nearby. We were in the basement, it was well ventilated room. A bit compact for three , but again very much value for money. We used to spend more time outside from breakfast till dinner. Recommended for customers willing to pay less .

The only thing felt deficient was their faulty drainage system of wash rooms.

Nice clean place in a good location for exploring Istanbul. Close to major attractions, many tourist restaurants and 5 mins walk to the Bosphorous. Wi-fi, tv, private bathroom, kettle and fridge. Staff are attentive and kind.

Still confused about the prepayment that booking.com takes out of your account when first booking. You have to pay full amount in cash on arrival.

Everything was clean and the property close to everything! Great location! Also, the stuffs there were very helpful and supportive especially the receptionist, he tried to help me to find the directions and give me some good recommendations for restaurants! Also, Asgar was so helpful as well!

The drier was not working and also the TV

The location is great. It is located in the winding cobblestone streets of the old town. It feels very authentic and It's very close to the main tourist attractions, but it's much quieter and peaceful compared to the busy areas up near the Hagia Sophia. The communication from the staff was very good and they were very helpful. The airconditioning in the room was also very good. We loved our time at New Cherry Hotel. From Adam and Amy

Friendly workers, peaceful area, new hotel with good relation prize/quality. Ten minuts walking to the Mosque Sofía , good localitation.

I arrived to the hotel, and my wife phone was lost in the taxi, Askar the host helped me retrieve it after we called the taxi man, i cant thank him enough Also Ali, he is the man who always welcoming and smiling, he helped me with everything , even telling me best places to shop and to eat and so on The place is very very clean and you have all the basics The room is small but i enjoyed my stay so much Excellent value for what u get in return.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. It's just 1 km from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. It is just 600 m from tram stop. Just around corner is wonderful place for huge and inexpensive breakfast. The room is rather on a small side, but for one person it is definitely enough space, especially if you are not going to spend daytime inside. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful, and also quite fast in communication by messages.

I'd like a little bit bigger room, but for the price and location you probably are lucky to have this hotel.

The place was very clean and smelled nice which for us was the most important thing! excellent location for main tourist attractions (15 minutes walk) but in a very convenient area, close to the local grocery store and coffee shops! quiet location and nice staff, I would come back another time and recommend it to anyone!

the wifi wasn't always working very well but it was ok, while the manager was trying to convince us to buy excursions etc. Lol! But he was a very nice guy!
