The room view was amazing. The staff on the reception were so professional . The hygiene level was extra super.

1.In the main entrance there was a huge table blocking a white marmeral water fountain. I felt that you couldn't take the benefit of having such a piece of art in your hotel. 2. There wasn't anykind of marketing for the events that took place in the hotel.

This hotel feels like more like a resort! There is a nice vibe at the pool and my toddlers enjoyed the outdoor playground and kids pool. My husband and I partied in the rooftop bar called Roof16 which gets pretty full and is trendy. Our hotel suite was huge and the room service food and restaurant food was delicious and very quick. The service is outstanding and the hotel has the MOST amazing smell. We were treated so well and with so much care. They are welcoming of all races and cultures. I highly recommend it for families with small children or younger couples.

- The rooftop bar music can be heard from the hotel rooms but at least the sound is off by 1h30am - I dont think this hotel is suitable for people who like quiet places or are here for business or for old couples - There's a lot of people at the reception area which can be overwhelming for hotel guests

The loft room was exceptional, the view was amazing, the lobby was beautiful and the hotel staff we're top line. Big thanks to Yaprak in housekeeping management that helpt us send an item that was left by accident in our room by taxi to the airport. Top of the line excecution Yaprak! We are very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel and their loft room to anyone.

In the hustle and bustle of Istanbul this hotel is a garden Oasis, lovely to leave the busy streets and get into its grounds that’s why we booked it also it has 2 big pools which a lot of the high class hotels in the centre don’t have . The gym and inside pool were great and a big thank to the Concierge guys in the hotel , always so helpful and lovely. It’s a friendly hotel , you feel relaxed there , no snobbish. I’m glad we booked it .

The beds, although comfortable, we’re somewhat bouncy, so you felt your partner moving.

The location was ok, the room was quite well equipped and we enjoyed the breakfast

The personal at the check out zone was rude and it makes me feel that I am not a desired guest at the hotel, I was very disappointed

The view ... e had corner room with view to garden .. was room 751 ...good one Good receptionist ismael was helpful in good attitude...different than others honestly ..may be of language barriers The lobby is very nice in morning I didnt try there breakfast

The problem in electricity and power in first night and i comolained and team fixed it Price is high The gonaydin resturant next to hotel is not recommended at all ...do nt go unless u have no options ... bad attitude and expesnes and charge extras

no outdoor terrace with nice scenery available for coffee and tea only. you have to dine to sit outdoors and enjoy a nice bosphorus scenery.

- Good location, beautiful Dolmabahce Palace in ~15m walking distance - Comfy Bosphorous view in the room - Variety of Christmas decorations in the lobby, Christmas songs playing - Sabrosa Restaurant was good, nice outside terrace, sometimes we've did both breakfast plus lunch/dinner there. Delicious soup options & polite staff - Porter has warned us about traffic problem in Istanbul, so we were prepared and booked important trips in advance. When we didn't sometimes had to wait in a queue for ~20m. Technically not a hotel problem, but they try to do the best.

- Some days we've experienced a smoking smell in the bathroom despite living in the non-smoking part. The concierge tried to help us by offering another room, but then it dissappeared & re-appeared again...
