they forgot to clean my room one day. I left early in the morning at around 8:30 and came back at night and I found my room as I have left it. when I told the reception they sent someone to get me toilet paper and change the garbage bag.

The location is great, Big and spacious rooms, very clean and comfy beds. The internet speed is good, has a nice bathroom, great lighting, and the staff is friendly and speaks good English, good SPA and fitness, it has 3 elevators, decent breakfast and decent price compared other 5 stars hotels.

You can literally hear everything in the next room, poor soundproofing rooms and floors. The TV has limited channels and doesn't support Netflix or YouTube. Due to its great location, you may get bothered by the loud noise from the street, especially during traffic hours. Overall, it is a great hotel to choose from.

Very clean, helpful staff, near Cevahir mall and metro station. Rooms are spacious and they offer connecting rooms for families. They have café in the lobby with indoor/outdoor areas. The shower is very comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the house keepers clean the room perfectly. The guys in the reception are very helpful and supportive.

The food variety in the breakfast is little. The AC system is good but work by off/on way

My recent stay at The Cartoon Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived on October 20th, I was impressed by the hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction, starting with a complimentary room upgrade. The gym, equipped with modern facilities, catered perfectly to my fitness needs. The staff at the reception deserves a special mention for their unwavering willingness to assist and ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They were always available to help with any requests, making my experience feel personalized and cared for. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience each morning, offering a wide variety of foods that changed daily. The quality of service matched the excellence of the food, adding to the overall pleasant start to my days. Cleanliness across the hotel was maintained to a high standard, contributing significantly to a comfortable and hygienic environment. The spa facilities were a highlight, providing a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The sauna, steam room, and Turkish Hamam, coupled with the relaxing area by the indoor pool, were exceptional. The location of The Cartoon Hotel is another plus. Situated in a prime area, it is conveniently close to a shopping mall where I could find everything I needed. Additionally, its proximity to the Sisli metro station, just a 2-minute walk away, made exploring Istanbul incredibly easy. Due to work circumstances, I extended my stay to three weeks, and I can confidently say that I enjoyed every single day.

Everything in our stay was perfect, good location in a beautiful street with a great view. Metro station is 5 minutes walk. Rooms and bathroom are always clean. Swimming pool and spa were fantastic and Turkish bath is a must try. Breakfast in the room was so good with the view. Staff are very polite and helpful especially Uslu and Mousa who helped arranging everything for us. I would definitely book again for my next visit to Istanbul.

There is no Iron in the room, this should be available in a 5 star hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful Cibil, the customer concerge manager, was very professional and very nice. I was not happy with my room and she made the arrangement very quickly changed my room. The hotel is in a perfect location.

The only thing I found a little annoying was the room doors slam shut, so if someone is opening and closing the doors at night, you get woken up in a frightening way. Also I used the gym the female member of staff was not very nice.

There were two exceptional friendly and supportive staff at the reception. They provided me and my fellow colleagues(whom I recommended the location) all information we needed. I found the young lady named „Safiye Nur Özdemir at the reception is surely an asset to your organization. Compared to most other staff, she communicated with us in English well, very supportive and wore always a welcoming smile. Her young colleague did the same shift work was very pleasant and helpful too.

I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their dedication and commitment were truly remarkable. Specially Ms.Gülizar Mr.Canberk and Sibel, Safiye , Cevat I would thank them for everything they provided to make my stay comfortable. 💙

I wanted to give a very good comments about the cleaning lady, Gonul, she was excellent very polite smiling all the time. She did great and outstanding jobs fixing my room, she doesn't miss anything cleaning the glass the floor the sofas. And also Abdullah was great and very nice. The technician came twice to fix the ac and the safe, very professional and very polite.

The way how the bathrooms are built are smelling so bad specially at night. I was not really satisfied with that i was unhappy, i couldn't fall a sleep sometimes because of the smell. I even called the receptionist and complained 3 times. Other than that everything was great.

1. By far, the best feature in this hotel is their staff. They are very friendly and try their best to make your stay most enjoyable. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, as well as Mousa, and Selim for their care and efforts. 2. Very good breakfast. 3. Walking distance to Cevaher Mall, metro station, restaurants, etc. 4. Reasonable size lobby with good atmosphere. 5. Good gym and swimming pool (although staff interaction with guests needs improvement) 6. Food in the hotel is good.

1. Maintenance were not able to fix the hot water and AC problems we had. 2. Some "finishings" are below standard. For example, leaking shower doors, safety box loose, table with broken leg, etc. 3. The rooms are too small for 3 beds, but ok for 2 beds. 4. Time to buy new towels.
