We are a family of four travelled from the west coast, USA. The staff was amazing, we received exceptional service with an high level of attentiveness from all levels of staff. We travelled with teenagers and felt they were safe in the hotel. Spa staff were accommodating and amazing! The Spa manager, Yavuz, took time to understand our needs and pair us with the right services. He made sure my teenagers had comfortable spa experiences. We Highly recommend the Turkish bath and Neroli massage. We had several spa services throughout our stay. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed due to construction. Still, the quality and value of spa was well worth our visits. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and served tasty burgers. Alcoholic drinks are taxed a higher amount so be prepared for that. We enjoyed mint ice tea daily while laying on loungers. Breakfast every morning was a wonderful experience. We saw some of the same staff day to day that in general took exceptional care of us. Our server, Emery Y was attentive to our likes and provided exceptional service. Every morning staff took time to greet us, serve with grace, and to see how they can make our stay better. The food selection was healthy and plentiful. The chef made special requests daily for us like pancakes, crepes, and special omelets. Baklava was abundant thanks to the very attentive room concierge manager that personally dropped off delights every day for our family. I can’t say enough about our experience. We extended our vacation there because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Can’t wait to go back to the spa and use their extensive gym. I left in better health than when I started having access to great food, the gym, and great rest. We had a 1 bedroom suite for our family with 2 roll away beds. The suite was 1800 square ft, immaculately clean, and well designed with family and private space. We used our expansive terrace day and night to take in the sights. Thanks to everyone that they took care of us.

At the restaurant or at breakfast room we felt overwhelmed by the fact that servants was almost forcing your hands for tips Breakfast wasn’t flat and not much to choose from. I went home to noticed that two paires of glasses was missing from their case. Big shame that people are stilling from customers

Room service food was bad traffic near location was very bad and it was so hard to get uber. nobody wanted to come-near thus hotel because of traffic and being far from tourist locations. we did not have breakfast included which was ok and we wanted to eat breakfast and pay extra but every single time while we are taking food, the girl in the restaurant would come anxiously and shout in front of everyone that your room doesn’t have breakfast included EVERY SINGLE TIME! every time I had to explain it is OK WE KNOW!!! the laundry service was so expensive.

Everything. This hotel ticked every box. Hotel is very modern. Starting from when your car drops you at entrance there is fabulous aroma of fragrance at main entrance. Hotel lobby was marvelous. Security staff, door staff, concierge, reception, room staff all superb. Interior decor was amazing mix of bronze, beige and brown shades. Room was ultra modern and nice. Spacious room. All switches were touch. Windows and curtains were also electrical controlled. Lovely decor,big bed, lighting. Big tv. Reading. Lamp lights were marvelous. Minibar in room very subtle attention to detail and well stocked. I was on 20th floor and had amazing far reaching city views oveookjnh sisli skyline and 100th year celebration flags all flying high. Views from bathroom were also amazing. Bathroom divided into 3 zones with amazing views. Shower/bath, sink and toilet. Sliding modern doors between room and bathroom. Size and view and modernism of room was amazing. Breakfast was super both food and ambience wise. Very well served and trained servers who were happy to bring virtually any food item you desire. In breakfast area specially important to mention the stellar services of Irem and Ramzan who were excellent and took great pride in their service. I would thoroughly recommend and love to stay here again and again.

Hello Fairmont Quasar Istanbul Team, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service we received from a staff member during our recent stay. While I believe his name is Ethem or Etham (please forgive any potential spelling mistake), his efforts truly made our trip unforgettable. Arriving at the hotel around 11:30 am, he warmly welcomed us and explained the standard 2 pm check-in time. Despite this, he graciously attempted to arrange an early check-in. However, due to the hotel's busy period and high guest volume, our room wasn't ready until around 4:30 pm. Throughout this process, he maintained a positive and friendly attitude. He provided us with access to the Gold Lounge, a gesture that transformed our tiredness from a 12-hour drive into relaxation and enjoyment. His clear communication and dedication to guest comfort were impressive and greatly appreciated. While I'm unsure of the correct spelling of his name, I believe his efforts deserve recognition. His exceptional service made a significant impact on our stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. Our room on level 25 provided us with a breathtaking view of the city. Waking up to the panoramic scene each morning was a true treat. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings did not go unnoticed. The comfort and elegance of our accommodations greatly enhanced our overall stay, making it truly memorable. In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to the team at the breakfast service. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless dining experience were greatly appreciated. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel valued as guests, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The two bedroom suite was very nice, with a very beautiful view on Istanbul (incl. the Bosphorus Bridge). The beds were very comfortable, and in the bathroom there was a nice bathtub with a view to the city.

The outdoor pool on the 5th floor is nice, however, since it is located between the two hotel towers, it is always very windy. This makes it a little bit difficult to enjoy. So if you are looking for relaxing pool days, I would not recommend it. Otherwise, the pool is very nice.

breakfast has changed “quality wise” since we stayed at fairmont 6 months ago. foods were definitely not as fresh and same could be said for room service. We received a very sloppy Cesar salad wilthy and smothered in Cesar dressing with what it looked like reheated dry unseasoned chicken. It is close to impossible to order food from 2 restaurants on site and have it delivered to your room. They will tell you that they do not do that. Carpet in our Gold Room was dirty just like the last time we stayed there. Hallway carpet definitely needs washing as well.
