Everything was Awesome Hotel is at the centre point Every famous place was nearby Taksim square was just at walking distance We were more pleased when they upgraded our room and gave us a suit ....Thanx to the Zimmer team n staff...next day I expressed my concern about B'fast as I am pure vegetarian so Mr Erdem at Reception was so helpfully he immediately understood our concern and called chef and provided us super delicious vegetarian B'fast for the next 3 days .Big Thanx to Erdem .Even manger lady was very cooperative. Overall I will arte 10/10 . Ultimate place to stay .

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well furnished, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus, which this hotel proudly boasts. Being conveniently located just in front of the tram station made exploring Istanbul a breeze. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your stay here for an authentic taste of Istanbul's vibrant atmosphere.

Location - good for transport to many directions (Funicular to Taksim; Tram No1 to Galata bridge, Sultanahmet (every 5-10min.); close to Kabatas ferry and Dolma bache. The room was good, clean. TV set, coffee set, water, beverages for free. Perfect sea view from 4 floor. Bed was comfortable. Parking place narrow but available; grate plus in Istanbul! Staff were very helpful

breakfast - plate a la card, no choice; tea and coffee. Working time too late - 09.30 -12.30, no early chance. Room has no balcony and safety is not good - when you open the window there is only 1 meter high glass septum, dangerous for children and older. Location - On the other side is very noisy -buses, tramway, many beeping cars, crowded boulevard. One should make his own choice - good location or noisy place. Hotel issues 100EUR deposit on any damages in the room - this was very abused for me. Fortunately they gave me back money on check out.

Liked the location as it’s centralized,, appreciated the upgrade given to me by the reception to a sweet,, the view from the room was astonishing as it has a panoramic view to the Bosphorus

The insurance amount taken at the check in was strange a bit for me,, the breakfast was ordinary with repeated varieties every day,, the surrounding is noisy at night, room need renovation

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast amazing. Lulu’s lounge view - breathtaking. Many, many thanks to the staff, the guys in the reception, all of them young and helpful, very knowledgeable, good english: Mr. Bilal, Erdem, Fatih, Musa, Yasir (in alphabetical order), very nice people all of them.

very good location area close to Galata Port, very good view to Bosphorus from the room with full-length window, room in modern green \ eco design; special compliment to reception staff, especially Yasir; delicious Turkish breakfast with roof view on Bosphorus

only one drawback for those who like to sleep with the open window - very loud car traffic from early morning to late evening

The location, amenities and design of the property was superb. staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Emir, who helped me extend my stay at short notice and supported my hotel transfers. Anything I requested support with was resolved immediately. delightful stay, I can’t wait to go back!

One of the best hotel in the concept of sea view in whole istanbul, very clean, staff are amazing, amazing sea view restaurant for breakfast with high quality food, special thanks to Dilek from house keeping, Emir and Fatih from front office, they are so helpful and kind ,polite and high-charachtered persons. The rooms were bit narrow

Everything was perfect. Excellent room, great view, they gave us a better room to stay without any charge and they provided us free use of the mini bar. Very nice breakfast and service. The guys at the reception were top of the top! Emir and Musa helped us with everything we asked for, they even booked us tickets for a football match.
