Staff are very helpful and kind. There was an issue regarding our booking and they solved it within 15 minutes. We asked for one extra blanket and pillow and they gave us the double. Rooms are clean and well maintained. View is acceptable. Wide range WiFi. Markets and touristic areas are nearby.

Room service consists in changing the towels only.

The property is nice I stayed with them 10 days and the price is good , far from the historic places so who is welling to visit historic places must have car because taxi will be costly , I advice who want to rent there to rent car also, the hotel is nice clean and comfortable the area its nice in the asian side it looks like village you can have peace of mind far from the noise , I really love that area but to have great stay I advice you to rent car so it will be very easy for you to move, staff are nice helpful and in the apartment you will feel you are in your house.

I dont like the elevator its only one but big and always busy and for some problems happened it stopped for 3 days till they fix it .

Very good quality/benefits ratio , the room was ok, smaller than presented in the pictures but enough for 2 adults and 2 children , there is a fitness center and a spa( hammam, sauna, swiming pool) available at extra cost (80 TL/pers/day). There is a 24 h reception desk so there was no problem arriving at 23.30. The aparthotel building is a few years old, with good quality finishings. The location is a bit far from public transportation so its best to book this aparthotel if you travel by car. The aparthotel provides private parking but we never used it because it was in the back of the hotel and had a barrier witch had to be oppened from the reception desk,but there was always free space to park on the street in front of the hotel. At the swiming pool the water was heated and clean.

Everybody had to wear a head bonnet when using the swiming pool, bonnets that are charged extra (30TL) but they are very unconfortable and useless. The swimming pool room was unfinished, there was mold on the walls.

The location was excellent. Istanbul has a fantastic Metro and bus system, so getting around is no problem. The staff at the hotel was very kind and professional. The room/apartment was great. A very relaxing and quiet area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Generally, the hotel apart was good.

The main annoying thing in the hotel was that the housekeeping knocks the door once and opens. If I am not wrong, while the guests are inside the hotel, the housekeeping card should not open the door. Once the housekeeping knocked on the door and opened. They came to see the curtain.

Great hotel, comfortable apartments, small and comfortable kitchen, good furniture, bathroom. Everything was great. The hotel has a swimming pool and it is pretty good, and big enough to swim.

The hotel is situated far from any metro station, so it is hard to go somewhere. The swimming pool is not accessible at any time. One has to book a precise time, not more than an hour on a day.

Good new house with everything necessary.

Location is not the best. Swimming pool doesn't work. Gym for extra pay.

The best option for Apartment in Istanbul. Taxi charges about 200 TRL from Üsküdar Ferry Terminal. Metro access in 1000 m. Bus stop is about 400 m. Highly recommend for long and short stays.

The staff was great. A beautiful location. Very clean, large rooms, low prices. Parking lot in front of the building, free as charge. Heated swimming pool.Certanly, we'll come back.
