Beautiful hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Location is super. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and beautiful views from the rooftop bar. The pool area was nice and comfortable with plenty of sun beds.

Unfortunately we had booked a room with sun deck/smaller shared pool but had to request to move rooms after 3 nights due to the exceptionally loud music from a nightclub near the hotel until 4am nightly. The hotel accommodated our request to move rooms but we lost out on the pool. We have requested a refund of the difference in the cost of the rooms as we stayed a total of 8 nights.

The Hotel was quite impressive with staff providing excellent assistance both on arrival and throughout our stay. We booked a separate King Cottage with a small private pool. The unit was spacious and luxurious with a comfortable bed and a large well appointed bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good while the Dinner was excellent and served on the Roof Top garden that overlooked the magnificent harbour, quite magical at night. The personal service offered by the head waiter was both attentive and outstanding. Dinner was also inclusive in the package.

However, unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (not heated) and the entry/ exit ladders contained no rubber safety grips which made them quite slippery and dangerous to use. The spa was out of order and according to one of the staff had not been in use for some time. It was of some concern that regular maintenance had not been undertaken, including the surrounding gardens which were full of weeds, requiring attention and care. It was a pity that such a beautiful place should have been managed in such a manner. Rating: 8.5/10

In general we were very happy about the hotel. Location was perfect, it was in walking distance to the city center. Parking place was very easy. We were very happy about our room, even though there were night clubs nearby, we were not disturbed at all. Breakfast was very good and hotel personnel was very smiling and helpful.

I was very happy about the treatment I had at the spa, (hammam and massage package) very good therapist, I definitely recommend that, one of the best experiences I ever had, but not happy about the personnel at the spa.

Nice food and very frendly stuff.

Noise from local night club starting at midnight and ending at 3am. It was imposible to sleep. We had prepaid dinner in the hotel. If i exclude pasta, choice for dinner main course was limited to 5 dishes (i dont eat seafood or fish) where only 3 were available for me, but if we wanted, we could get different food and bigger choice but for that we had to pay additionaly. All food was excelent and tasty.

Stayed in one of the cottages and it was super! Extremely spacious and having your own private pool for a dip was just perfect!

We got engaged while away my partner asked at the front desk if something special could be done in the room after the event on the same day for when we came back from a day out, he was told no problem at the desk and even congratulated however nothing was ever done which was a bit disappointing

Everything. Staff were exceptional. The hotel was immaculate. The room was comfortable.

Trying to find the hotel. A few roadsigns would have been useful. The roof top bar could have had the windows and doors closed on a very cold night.

Super clean facility, room cleaning used to be on any hour of our convenience, staff were nice & friendly. Our reservation was without breakfast, so we decided to have breakfast at the hotel , it was an amazing selection. Outdoor pool was crystal clean, towels provided. Premium soap, shampoo & conditioner was provided and refilled each day at large quantities.

we stayed in one of the kings cottages, it was cute and unique, with a small private pool. the room is kind of romantic and cool, has really tall ceilings. Wifi worked great, breakfast was bountiful and delicious. They have a Turkish bath on sight that was really cool too. all of the staff did a really great job!

This is kind of dumb but the sliding door to get in and out of the hotel from the pool was broken so you had to push it open and the shower in our room kind of had this weird , flexible floor, they should just tile it. This has NOTHING to do with the hotel but the Ladies Beach, that has gorgeous water needs a lot of clean up, millions of cigarette butts and dogs/cats everywhere.

The facility is very clean and in a nice location with a sea view and close to many restaurants and cafe's Staff is very helpful and supportive The internet connection during my stay was very poor. However, they have provided me with a private internet router to solve the issue

Views were amazing Location was brilliant Bars/ restaurants on your door step 24 hour room service (food was excellent) rooftop terrace to eat breakfast with amazing views staff very efficient and so friendly could not fault over all amazing stay at this hotel would highly recommend and will be staying again.
