good value for a one bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the sea. it’s nice that meals and drinks were included and they have a shuttle to a private beach— even had food and drinks there too. had a taxi stand that we took to ladies beach and pigeon island. all the taxis were about 5euro to most places whether coming from the hotel or in town.

rooms weren’t sound proof, but not paper thin either. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t lose any sleep. Food for a little repetitive and could tell they were using leftovers at breakfast. Turkish dinner was the best. could use a little more options with their drinks.

Very well organised. It is a big resort, all inclusive, so the dining hall gets very busy at feeding times, but you don't wait at all to get your food. The staff are brilliant and everything flows along smoothly. The choices of food was next level, and so unbelievably tasty. Our room was massive and super comfortable. The resort is isolated from Kusadasi, but only a 5 min taxi ride. Which is nice in a way - it's very relaxing. We stayed there for 3 nights at the end of our child free Turkey trip, and just completely unwound. Fantastic.

The free drinks, specifically the alcohol, is not the best quality. Makes sense though - you can't give out top class single malt whiskey for free, you'd run at a loss. However - the Tuborg beer on tap was ice cold and delicious, and the Amsterdam Cocktail kept the vibe flowing nicely.

During our visit (28th June to 4th July 2022) the variety of dishes and side dishes as well as the quality of the breakfast, lunch and especially dinner buffet cannot be overestimated. The atmosphere was very international, and everything worked as scheduled. Even the members of the staff was working all the time, they kept smiling faces and friendliness. Most of the services were carried out with a high ambition. Especially the massager Antonio proved to have high professional talent. Likewise, there is nothing to complain about manicure and pedicure services. Overwhelming cleanliness was very impressive, as well. The resort is like a town itself. As a summary: After corona the services are at a higher level than before pandemic. This Ramada Resort is like a paradise on the earth. Even the garden plants were maintained at a skilful manner. That´s why I recommend this place, in addition to golf players, for everyone. It is suitable: • for families due to water slides and multiactivity • for senior citizens due to feeling of safeness and ”adult only pool area” • for adults and young people due to availability of real all-inclusive services and entertainment group I hope this all will continue also in the future. Strange reservation system of basketball and tennis multi court.

Honestly, nothing to complain about, Hotel its self is really good, all facilities as well. Our room was big enough and clean. Excellent and huge choice of food, for kids ice cream all the time. The pools were clean and everything was just good.

There is only one thing we didn't like, the beach. The hotel doesn't have a beachfront and the beach is 3km from the Hotel. there is a bus shuttle going up and down every 30 min and it's okay no issues with that. The Beach cant accommodate more than 100 people, but it is not clean, and the Ramada hotel toilet on the beach was used by locals and some excursions (I have seen approx more than 100 local people stepping out from the busses and waiting in the line to use the toilet). Also, I have seen some locals, non-Hotel Ramada residents, using the Ramada beach. Food at the hotel beach is a disaster, they offer some poorly made sandwiches. We were so disappointed!

The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had a good view of the pool and the sea beyond. Staff were helpful and the food was excellent. It was my wife's birthday on the day we arrived, and even though we never mentioned it, they sent a cake to our room wishing her a very happy birthday.

Given that we all need to be conscious about the environment, the resort could do away with providing plastic bottled water on each and every table in the dining area and whenever a glass of water was asked for. Instead it can install water dispensing units in the dining area and on each floor and encourage guests to fill their own bottles. Also, the amount of food that was being wasted by a minority of guests wad quite unbelievable. Maybe the resort can look at ways of encouraging guests not to waste food. A leaflet on each table requesting guests not to waste may remind a few of their responsibilities.

Where can I start... If Ramada is not one the best hotel in Kusadasi, I would actually say is on the top 3... To begin with I had an early flight, they let me into my room like 2 hours prior to my reservation, the guys at the reception were so helpful trying to get me a room. Also the food was very nice, considering you have mediteranean selection all the way to European selection of dips, meats, salads, food was simply great. Their lunch wine not that great though... Beds were very comfy and super queen size, we could rest after a busy day.

Their air conditioning wasn't that great

Very helpful staff, beautiful facilities, everything you need is at the hotel such as souvenir shops, jewelry shops, travel agency etc. Their food selection is also excellent.

Housekeeping…not as thorough as you would expect from such a faculty. Everything else though was awesome.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. No one is pushy and everyone has a smile. The rooms are exactly like the pictures. The buffet is huge and theres something for everyone, they serve chips at every meal!! Theres a meal available somewhere in the hotel from about 7.30 - midnight every day. Housekeeping come in every day, unless you use the in room system to ask them not to. The animation team work so hard and are great fun. The shows usually finished about 11pm, but the lobby bar is 24hr and town is only 5 mins in a taxi. Its a real family friendly place. I went without kids and i still had fun, and there are seperate adult only areas too.

it was excellent stay. we booked a room with sea view and view was really awesome. personal was friendly, lot's of smile from them everywhere. variety of food was good, - meat, fish vegy and other, espessialy we liked pizza in bar near the pool. waffle time is realle good idea, smells very very nice, you couldn't refuse. the beach was clean and had snacks bar. and some days there was a live music with guitar, men sing very nice, we enjoyed it even from our balcony

just beach far away, it will be better to add to bus schedule more routes, such as at 9 a.m. and maybe each half of hour also some people occupy sunbeds from early morning, sometimes at 8 a.m there wasn't avaliable sunbeds, and this people didn't use it during a day. we could't find available beds sometimes

Hotel is almost new and very clean which is the most important. Quality and diversity of food is amazing. Reception doe's very well and helpful. staff are kind and always ready to help specially in restaurant and bars. rooms are very spacious with balcony. Cable TV is wonderful with lots of channels everywhere specially sports that I could for first on my holiday watch Champions league and Premier League !! I loved that part :) Some of my friends arrived in very early morning and they got their room immediately while the standard check in time is 14:00 I am very thankful for this flexibility and turkish guest hospitality :)

Entertainment and DJ by pools are very noisy. they have every night fun and entertaining programs with very loud voice which is audible in the rooms. that start at 22:00 and ends at 00:00 and this is not what people want during their holiday if they need more calm and sleep. ( some liked it by the way ) and a question: why they don't play any Turkish music at all ?! Swimming pool and (small) aquapark Life Guards Do not care at all what people are doing. They are sitting on chair and show any reactions. I saw many times 3-4 children and adults used an aqua slide together and landed in water while they kicked the others ! Safety first :)
