Very clean hotel and very good location. It’s located in the city center and there is everything you need just you need to step out of the hotel. The breakfast was good with nice sea view. The house keeping lady every single day changed our towels, cleaned our room and gave us water bottles and was super positive all the time even if she didn’t know to speek English.

The lady waiter on the breakfast was strict, every time we asked for something she had nervous reaction unlike the other employees which were super positive and welcoming all the time with smile on their face giving us positive energy.

Location is very good.. the only reason we chose this hotel was it's location and we are totally satisfied with it..amazing breakfast..many options..d restaurant is also sea-view..we had an early morning check-out and they gave us breakfast packets..room was cozy and warm..ours were a sea-view room so from balcony we were enjoying d beautiful sea and d beautiful city of Kusadasi

We stayed there for two nights..it was raining during d first day and d rain water was coming from d balcony making d carpet near d balcony wet😐..when we informed d staffs they put towels..we felt the bed was pretty small for two people..we stayed for two nights so we did not face much problem but if d stay is longer and it rains there can be a problem..d mini bar was empty

the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. Ali, Ramazan and others which I do not recall their names, went even extra mile, managed my next route transport, managed for my two days stay, the best daily tours with really fair cost, thanks to Ali’s help, I could visit Pamukkale and Ephesius. I will definitely book my next route with their tour guide. Ali, thanks my man for all your help. Truly appreciate it. By the way, Ilayda Hotel had the best breakfast, honestly, prior to Ilayda, I stayed at three other hotels, and I can easily say that Hotel Ilaydas breakfast had at least twice different varieties of healthy choices.

Location speaks for itself/ could not be better. Hotel is as the pictures dictates- few minutes walk to shops/ safe beac/ taxis and local dolmus( minibus). We stayed for 7 nights.Staff were superb as was the breakfast. Initially we had a room with sea view but then Ali kindly allocated a room with a balcony, on the 1st floor ( only have balconies),overlooking the port with fabulous nightly sunsets. I highly recommend this hotel. Of note, breakfast was served on the roof top with panoramic views.Thanks all.

The hotel is right on the town seafront. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea, the promenade and the harbor pier. The waterfront area is a very lively place as all the townspeople go there for a walk and have fan until late at night; the road in front of the hotel is also very busy and quite noisy. However, the rooms are very well soundproofed and dampen most of the noise. The rooms are well furnished, equipped with a small refrigerator, kettle and free instant coffee and tea. The bed was wide enough and mattress and pilows was very good. The air conditioning and wi-fi excellent. Our room was on the first floor and had a balkony which was perfect. We liked the breakfast as it had a variety of options and several local dishes (e.g. spinach pie, dolmadaki, etc.). However, we didn't like the coffee that the automatic coffee machine made as it contained the "coffee mate" and not fresh milk. Finally, the hotel staff is very kind and willing to help the traveler.

The bathroom may need renovation to give it a modern feel. The carpet was not as clean as it should be and it needs replacement.

Location, location, location! Our hotel room was opposite the beach and Marina so the view was amazing. Within a 5 minute walk to the fantastic fish markets, 5 minute walk to the Ferry port and also within walking distance to all of the shops (shopping is a must in Kusadassi) Hotel staff were so great with recommending activities and tours for us to do and were so accommodating. Shout out to 'Ali' who bent over backwards to make sure that we had an amazing room with the best view, he was fantastic and so helpful.

Waterfront location is convenient and rooms had a good view. You can swim at the beach that is five minutes away. There is public parking right behind the hotel (hourly or 100 lira per day - no in and out). AC and hot water worked well. Rooftop breakfast had beautiful views and breakfast staff are very kind.

We had two rooms - both bathrooms (especially showers) were very small and dark. A strong cigarette smell came into the rooms via the ventilation system. Occasional problems with elevators and in-room electricity systems.

This a a fabulous hotel well suited to all amenities. the room was lovely and clean. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. they booked us taxis each morning on request no trouble at all. breakfast was great so much to choose for never seen such a huge spread. the restaurant attached Marvistia to the hotel serve the best food I have eaten. Once again the staff were so friendly nothing to much. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant whole heartedly.

We stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room which was a lovely modern room, well furnished and with a stunning view of the sea. The bathroom, although small, was modern and well-fitted. Beds were super comfy. I think it's a Turkish summer thing, but in the summer time, there are no duvets provided in the rooms - Only a bedspread type of thing, which felt strange, but we experienced this in several hotels during our stay. The location was excellent - Right across the road from the promenade and the sea. We could people-watch right from the comfort of our room. We were opposite the famous Kusadasi sign, could see the majestic cruise ships come in each morning, and also saw a couple of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Restaurants, bars, shops and the Marina mall were all just a few steps away from the hotel. Ali at the reception, was extremely helpful before and after we checked in. Even despite a very last-minute request, he organized a guide for us to take us to Ephesus, who turned out to be brilliant. He also promptly organized Adaland tickets for us so we could skip the ticket queue. We had an issue with our A/C, which wasn't cooling, and the housekeeping staff promptly fixed it, after which it worked very well. Cleanliness & house-keeping was on point! I was so happy to have a full length mirror in the room! (a bit of a rarity in many mid range hotels in Turkey) The breakfast spread was my favourite part - such a huge spread, delicious coffee, and they were the first hotel during our trip in Turkey that served my now favourite Kaymak (Turkish clotted cream in honey) Breakfast was served on the rooftop which again had lovely views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay, and wished we could have stayed longer. We can't wait to go back and stay at Ilayda once again.

The property had excellent facilities and amazing location right on the promenade. It is easily accessible to everything. I felt right at home here with the staff who were very professional, but also showed me what service with a heart was all about. Everything from breakfast to cleaning service as well as reception was more than impeccable. I felt like I was staying in a paradise location but also right at home with family. All in all, I couldn’t have made a better choice than Hotel Ilayda!
