Had a great time here. Got an upgrade to a room with a great view of the pool and sea. Staff were great and fun, attentive and drinks on the AI were generous and always served in proper glasses. The lovely buffet food was typical Turkish style that you would find in most similar hotels so don't expect a load of English-style food. Despite the weather not being that warm, the pool was reasonably warm.

The downsides were the loud music played at the pool and the internet not being as efficient as it could be.

It's very simple, we as a family will return to savour the hospitality of 'Hakan'. Hakan's attention to our personal needs began very soon after our arrival and continued for the entire week, he made us feel incredibly special and completely spoilt us while always remaining one step ahead in catering for our likes and needs. We sadly left *City's hill* with only the most memorable, unforgettable experience possible and it was entirely due to this incredible human being. Thank you, Hakan, We miss you already 😢 💔

The hotel was in a good location, with fantastic views of Kusadasi, the marina and the sea. Rooms were spacious and clean, best Aircon I’ve ever had in any hotels I’ve stayed in around the world. Food was good plenty of selection and bar staff were exceptional. Plenty of games played during the day around the pool and entertainment in the evening.

All inclusive drinks package not great only choices were beer, vodka or gin, fruit mixers are very watered cordial not real fruit juice, coffee from coffee machines was disgusting think they could do with investing in a new one.

Great location, lovely view over Kusadasi town and harbour which had different cruise ships arriving each day. Room was modern and clean, very small balcony though. There was always something to eat although I enjoyed breakfast best with the lovely scrambled eggs made to order. The drinks were good and the wine and beer were fine. Harkon is a credit to this hotel and an all round super guy and always looked after me at meal times and with drinks by the pool. Animation team do a great job.

For the price I paid it was very good value. Perhaps the buffet for lunch and dinner becomes a bit repetitive throughout the week.

All staff are attentive and work very hard to ensure all of us have a good time. From the restaurant to entertainment. Very good value for money to have the all inclusive, so many choices with fresh vegetables and fruits available, good variety of hot items too.

This wasn't so much an issue but an observation for those who may need lifts. They are small, and even though they say they can carry 375kg, three people is the max. So if you have mobility issues expect to wait more than usual at busy times.

Stayed for ten nights all inclusive red carpet as I walked in I said to myself wow just to mention the greeting hospitality to Manager hakan & staff a thank you very much and as for food as it is Turkish food so amazing plus you got drinks up to 11 night time plus I loved pool area sun loungers entertainment for adults & kids during the day I definitely will come bk again I recommend city Hill hotel I'd give ten out ten x

At the price point the all inclusive deal is exceptional value for money. It meant you were never stuck for somewhere to eat but if you went out you didn't feel like you were paying twice. The view of Kusadasi is incredible from the rear of the hotel and well worth paying the extra for the SeaView rooms. However the only downside of having the birds eye view is that you are that bit further out of town. Its a 15-20 minute walk at a reasonable pace or a cheap taxi at 50Lira which is just over £2.20 or €2.50

I guess it could do with a little refresh...but then the price goes up I know!

City Hill is a hidden gem and nothing that you expect. The staff is really friendly, kind and go out of there way to make your stay seamless. They offer all inclusive which means you never have to leave the hotel (definitely select this option when booking your stay). The pool is superb and the staff is always running around to ensure you well fed and hydrated☺️. I definitely recommend this hotel if you going to Kusadasi. It's near to public transport and all the attractions.

Nothing pops to mind. It was a superb stay and the team is passionate about what they do.

Hotel is on a perfect location, if you enjoy a divine view. It is located on a hill, near main road and near Marina and city center, a 15 min walk. The view is magnificent, city and the sea together! Dolmus (local buses) can be reached in a few minutes, taxi as well. Room was very good with comfortable beds and pillows, with a spacy terrace with also a great view. Cleanliness is on a high level with a daily changes of towels. Also, the other parts of the hotel are being cleaned often. Food was excellent, a variety of local fresh dishes with tasteful salads and deserts. Drinks are usual, but from dispenser. The pool space is nice for a chill out and the sunbeds are comfortable. The stuff are very kind, fun, responsive and professional, always there to help, especially Mr Hakan who was very thoughtful, polite and helpful with guests. Reception stuff were very helpful and nice with every gesture, as well, they helped me a lot and always had a proper information. A bit more space for wardrobe would be great :)
