Parking space, food, polite staff. Room view, facilities.

Location and the views are amazing. Good private beach with a deck for water sports (Alas it was closed when I visited as season was just starting, so preparations were underway) All facilities under a single roof from restaurant to shopping and spa to hair dressers. Tried on site scuba diving, the trainer was very friendly and highly skilled. Will surely visit again at least to dive again.

Food was palatable at best in all the restaurants on site. Nothing great or exceptional. A good walk to other places (at least 1km for the nearest restaurant/cafe) The staff were patronising, most of them had no smile, even when you smile and wish them.

The facilities were great. Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor areas with outdoor lift that goes down to the sea. Biggest buffet I have experienced.

The rooms was not 5*. Central cobtroled aircon l that was set to high for my personal preference. No flatsheets. Pillows wasn't good quality and not comfortable at all. Resort is very big and impersonal. If you like big crowds, tour groups and if you are going to spend a lot of time using the hotel facilities it is worth the money. If you are going on daytrips and not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day ...the room is not worth the money.

the staff was great, very friendly and always with a smile. The hotel has its own beach access, pool and beautiful garden. I loved my room it’s nicely redone and the view was stunning. If you like big hotels it’s a great place to stay.

2 out of 3 items of my laundry shrank during the washing (or drying process) that was a bit of a bummer. Personally I didn’t like Kusadasi much, it’s so overbuilt.

Everything was really amazing: the staff is friendly and helpful, rooms and overall areas in the hotel are clean, the food is delicious and diverse! The beach(e s) were nice and clean, water was great the pool was wonderful! All the animations and activities fulfilled the day, we met lots of nice people and learned some new skills or discovered the talents we didn't know we have! The evening shows and events were amusing and very nice! The only thing that was not at its best was the internet, wifi, that was on moments completely unavailable and when available extremely slow, otherwise everything was at its best and highest level! Room, Dinner & Breakfast were amazing and Staff were always helpful. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Very friendly and professional approach by the staff, always happy to help and working hard to meet guest's expectations.

Everything was lovely during my stay. They have changed our room to one with a sea view even though we had booked a land view, which was very kind.

We love the sea, veiw, the meals was very tasty and varied it was all inclusive. And in the end when we check out the staff, they take care of us and let us stay 3 hours with a free voucher for the snak bars until we left for our flight. Thank you very much for the gesture. Sarit & guy Bracha.

Staff -- they either train their employees very well, or their selection process is excellent. Majority of the staff were professional, very helpful, and most importantly with very positive attitude. Location is very good, excellent views... Food was also great.. All in all, very nice hotel..
