Venus Hotel was a fantastic value stay in this location -- very reasonable price, clean rooms and facilities, comfortable beds, attentive staff, cozy and pretty grounds, very good menu with delicious food, and easy distance to the Pamukkale travertines. Located in the town of Pamukkale itself, small and rural location but with good infrastructure, walkable with a variety of restaurants and groceries available nearby to the hotel. A highlight was the outdoor garden dining area around the pool -- secluded and lovely, much nicer than the photographs showed, very good menu with delicious food and good selection -- we ate dinner there most nights. Breakfast buffet was fresh, ample and very tasty. The manager was very attentive and helpful in advising on and organizing all needed trips and transportation, and working to help us get the best price/fit for our needs rather than promoting high-cost options. Fellow guests were considerate and pleasant. A couple of things to be aware of -- the rooms are small, but we found them to be well laid out w/all necessary amenities. On Saturday/Sunday evenings there may be festive events in the nearby area with late music, which we could hear from our room, however we didn't find it extremely loud or overwhelming. Overall a great stay and value for price, a highlight among our stays in Turkiye, definitely recommend.

Fantastic small and very nicely presented hotel - the guy in reception was a real character - very welcoming and friendly - chatting to everyone and giving lots of advice about activities in the area and the best times to go etc Our room - really nicely done - lots of high spec fittings - beautiful tiled floor, nice balcony , quiet aircon Food - only stayed one night - had excellent evening meal, good value - don’t eat in town - restaurants there are horrible ! Free parking 10 min walk to cotton castle

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - it was excellent ! We should have stayed in Parmukkale longer there are lots of thing to do apart from the cotton castle and the Roman town (both amazing!), like paragliding, hot air ballooning, giro-helicopter flights , micro-light flying ….

The room was very comfortable and everything was new and in good working order. The whole hotel is very well kept up and sparkeling clean. The pool was great! It is rather large and has a good size to do some labs. The pool was also very clean and was inviting. They offer a shuttle every 1/2 hour to one of the gates to the park but no return pick up. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. The hotel also has plenty of convienent parking.

The food was terrible. We ate lunch once and both the salad and soup were not very good. Also the breakfast was underwhelming as far as quality. They had a huge spread but we did not find it particular good. I would prefer a smaller selection but better quality. I also have a suggestion to put some umbrellas on the lawn to provide shade in the afternoon for lounging around the fantastic pool.

The hotel is great, nice pool and facilities. Very convenient shuttle that brings you to the top of the travertines every 30 minutes, hotel also gives you towels that you can take with you to the pools there. Restaurant in the hotel is also very good. Really the main thing to praise is the staff, they are very helpful with everything and especially for us, we arrived to the hotel very sick and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us recover and also helped us getting to the hospital nearby in Denizli when we had a mini emergency. I cannot stress enough how much they helped us in the situation we were in. If you are planning to stay in Pamukkale, then just stay here and don't hesitate.

There was nothing in the hotel that I did not like.

My stay at Venus hotel was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Room was clean and organized. Sonel at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left my cell phone at checkout area and left the hotel. I was already in the minibus on the way to Denizli. Suddenly, a van pulled up and stopped my minivan. The driver was from Venus hotel and was to return my cell phone. Sonel recognized it was my phone and had the driver chasing after my van to return the phone. I would not be able to continue my trip without the cell phone. I was so touched by the kind act! I did call Sonel thanking him. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Sonel and the driver!

Our family room was very spacious, modern and clean. It had two separate bedrooms plus a separate sitting area. We were on the third floor and had a glimpse of the travertine pools and a lovely view of the balloons in the morning. The pool looked very nice but we didn't have time to use it. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant which we thought was good value for money. The buffet breakfast had an enormous selection and was very good. Plenty of parking. Overall, we thought the property and room was much better than we were expecting from the photos. We highly recommend.

Great option for a visit to come Pamukkale. We enjoyed the spacious family room which provided plenty of space for a family of four. The bathroom and shower were awesome! Quite big which we were not accustomed to based on our previous stays in Turkey. It was still a bit too chilly to enjoy the pool, unfortunately, as it looked quite clean and would’ve been a nice treat for our kids. Huge Turkish breakfast provided which was quite delicious. A few of the offerings were rotated each day to provide a nice selection. we ate dinner at the hotel each night as well. It was terrific and seemed like the best option in the area.

A clean and well-located place.

Their offer of shuttle bus to the Denizli airport, costing from 150-120 turkish liras (their recommendation and booking calls starts with the highest price), emphasizing that they didn’t make money from this service. The boss also said 150 liras is a better price because usually it takes 200 liras. After I said I would like to take a look at other possibilities, he directly said that I didn’t trust him and balabala. Anyway, there were no seats left and we can only use local transportation. Surprisingly, the minibus to Denizli costs 16 liras and the shuttle bus from Denizli Bus Station to the airport costs 50 liras.

Breakfast was very nice, a lot of choices - eggs (omelette and boiled), grilled veggies, sometimes potatoes, sometimes rolls. Tons of yogurt, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses.... A lot of choices for drinks as well - coffee, tea, milk, juices. Pool was not huge but very nice, clean, surrounded by rose bushes. Rooms are clean and comfy, with private balconies - overlooking the mountains (in my room). It was great to start the day with a cup of coffee on a balcony looking at the tranquility of the valley.

There was a loud music somewhere in town on the first night of our stay. But this is not under the control of the hotel staff.

The hotel is in a quiet street just a 5 minute walk into town and it definitely exceeded all expectation. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern with an excellent shower and the balcony was just perfect. The breakfast was incredible – so much choice and in a beautiful setting overlooking the pool. We were just sorry that we could only stay one night! Highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing - this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our two week road trip around Turkey.
