very easy and compact property with nice, slightly elevated location above the beach.

who likes calm and peace will not get it. there’s very little space without noise - music is noisily running in all restaurants and bars mostly the whole day - only exception is the 24 hours restaurant and the non-heated pool.

In my opinion hotel needs more working hands to manege the summer rush.

- pools - food - indoors areas - water availability outside - bathroom and conditioner worked well - staff was helpful and friendly

- The room looks a bit dated - Not everybody on staff speaks English

Nice, clean, good food, beatiful beach, fun animations, tasty coffee.

The hotel is fairly small and compact which made it very easy to get around and cozy. The best in the hotel are the kinder pools and kinder club . The evening program was mega cool. I really enjoyed it. Although at first day of our arrival the water in kidnerpool was too cold it was adjusted at a few guests' request i guess. Our kid also loved the kids club (Ms Noama was truly amazing with kids and very caring, Oksana was less engaging, id say you need to put extra smile on while working with kids). The only disappointment was that some of the activities we had to pay for extra. (tshirt and sand painting ) The food was also good, big choice in buffet,tasty meals at the main restaurant Horizon and grill-restaurant Anatoliya.

Gala night buffet was a failure. The fresh food items like fish and sushi and meats were put and displayed outside at +35degrees for 2-3hours, i think it is against food safety and hygiene regulations. with flys flying all around food. it was a turn off. plus additional queeing time since all people were gathered the same time for food and had to sit and wait at +35degrees without aircon outside. after sweating for 30-40min without food, had no desire to eat anymore. the customer service at check-in -counter is not friendly, we were not offered a hotel tour, though some people did receive it. we were refused the taxi service at night, and some other incidents that were settled after the complaint. the personnel at the restaurants and housekeeping is friendly though and always ready to help and serve.

location is nice, although pretty messy market outside with rude people

by the end our first week they started to take beach stuff down, moved beach towels to the spa - longer walk. stop heated big pool. starbaks didnt work most of the time and had a limited menu. after that they cut buffet in half and stopped serving food at the beach bar. drinks are horrible. alcohol wasn’t genuine, except couple drinks. check linens towels and robes - we had blood stains on it

Our kids also loved the kids club (Ms Noama was truly amazing with kids and very caring). The only disappointment was that some of the activities we had to pay for extra. I would suggest that each kid should have at least one of them (e.g. sand painting) free and charge for additional use.

The hotel is surrounded by other hotels that have their music blasting until midnight (some days even later). If you are staying in building 3, then you will feel your windows vibrating as the hotel next door has a concert size “arena” and a karaoke stage blasting music at the same time. If I can give one tip to future guests, unless you like to party till dawn, don’t be fooled by “sea view rooms”. You are not just paying for the sea view but also for the disco music that you will be surrounded by from at least 3 out of 4 directions. Needless to say that we won’t be staying here anytime soon as our kids are fairly young and part of our holiday is getting some good sleep after a day in the water and sun. We also weren’t impressed with the service at the restaurant. However, we did get special attention after (!) we have give a negative feedback midway through our stay, so at least the feedback is read and addressed.
