We have traveled with two kids (both 3 years old) and grandmothers. This is a great family hotel for all generations. Our favorites were food and pools. We've had half board (breakfast and dinner). Eating lunch a la carte seemed a better option as it gives more flexibility during the day. The food for the dinner was changing every day, the variety of options was great with typically a theme for the evening (e.g., Asian, Mexican, Italian) as well as traditional Turkish dishes. There are also vegan and "healthy" options, many salads in the salad bar were also changing each day. There are four outdoor pools. Our kids especially enjoyed the large pool with the gradual increase in depth, where they could play at the different depths. There is also a playground which has all the essentials for the kids, e.g., seesaws, swings, slides and tent above (which is important to protect from the sun!). Although the playground is not very large, our kids could easily spend half an hour to an hour, which was great to take a break from the pool and escape from the sun for some time. We've also went to the beach almost every day. The water in early June was warm (the sea was very calm before about 9am with some moderate waves after that - highly recommend going to the beach before 9am sometimes). The beach is within an easy walking distance for an adult, for the 3 year olds it was sometimes challenging to walk back when they were tired. There is a little river on one side of the hotel, where one can often observe sea turtles from the bridge near the beach. There are many activities organized for the kids (although our kids didn't take advantage of most of them due to young age - they did like dancing with animals from Madagascar show and bubbles party). The stuff were extremely helpful and friendly. To summarize, this is a perfect family hotel (many guests were traveling with children when we were there).

The food was amazing, a lot of different options. Comfortable and clean apartment, with kitchen and fridge. Very nice swimming pool, the slides, my 2 year old son was very happy 😊 Nice spa and relaxing massage, great fitness equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient car rental service directly at the hotel. We also liked the beach with the cafe there. We would definitely like to spend our next vacation here!

The drinks in the all inclusive are not so great. But you get used to them a couple of days later 😉 The location may be not so optimal if you don't have a car and want to explore the area. But the taxi is not too expensive, so you can use this option. For example, to go to Side old town or to the waterfall near Manavgat.

Great hotel for its money. No luxury but very solid and comfortable hotel. The reception is wonderful. Pretty big rooms. Clean. 2room apartment, in fact. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The air conditioning is ok, it works well. The food is absolutely fantastic! Nice bonus- there are a small grocery store, a barbershop, and a laundry on the hotel's ground floor, which is very convenient. The hotel gives you a washing powder for a lower fee. The beach is 5 min walk, so it’s actually the second line. But the beach is very clean, and well equipped. Overall - I totally recommend you to stay here if you don’t want to spend too much money but wanna feel comfortable and on vacation.

It was not the hotel itself, it was their transfer. The hotel recommends its own transfer as a taxi, we used it three times, and it was totally overpriced and so awful! All three times the drivers could not find the spot, could not use a map on their phones, and the ride took twice longer than it should've. Eventually, we led the drivers ourselves using our phones, telling them where to turn. And it cost a fortune. So never use the hotel’s transfer!!

well looked after and very clean. lovely pools and nice food as part of all inclusive. also Turkish bath was amazing. great for kids also with great play are and 2 pools for children.

the staff were really miserable in the bar. a lovely girl called suhada was an exception, she was always smiling and friendly .

I love my room! spacious and complete with kitchen appliances like toaster, micowave and stove and ref. It's like a condotel! Though I was not able to utilize them since my stay was all inclusive breakfast and dinner buffet! HANDS DOWN to the breakfast buffet- hearty and really healthy! i am surprised to see bacon being served in Türkiye ❤️-that's international consideration. The Buffets are a real feast! The property has a spa, childrens corner, hairdresser, shop. everything. 5-10 min walk to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff!

just some short comment about the safe in my room. it is not functioning and one bedside lamp. otherwise PERFECT!

The hotel has a great location, there is a very nice sandy beach less than 500m away. Side ancient town is around 15-20 min drive by taxi. The pool is big and clean, it has several sections for kids of different ages, we greatly enjoyed our time at the pool with our kids. The family room for three adults and two kids is quite convenient as it has a separate bedroom where some family members can have a rest, while others can stay awake. The balcony on the ground floor is spacious, we had amazing time there.

The price for dinner is very expensive /30 euro per person for buffet. The quality of food is average, especially for this price. But there is a big variety of food served, so it’s a good chance to find something tasty. We also didn’t find any good alternatives for dining outside (unless you want to go to Side and pay 15 euro to get there and 15 euro to get back). So we sticked to buffet, which was unexpectedly expensive for three adults.

Great choice for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was very clean. Great private beach and superclose. Entertainment program - all the dance groups, violin player and magic tricks were really impressive. We also enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish Sauna (hamam). We also tried for extra cost: massage + borrowing tennis rackets, both enjoyable. Special shout out to Malik for being very friendly and to our favourite twin sisters Gülsüm and Fatma who we befriended.

We've never been to a resort before, so we don't have a comparison, so there was nothing really to complain about. Some food items were meh, but there were always good options available. Some entertainment programs were meh, but then just go do something else. All-inclusive drinks were meh, but beer was good enough though watered down a bit. Coffee in the diner area was not good, but coffee was great in the basement cafe. I wish there was more jazzy/calm music at the bar/pool.
