The expectations were exceeded with all fairness to any other similar hotels in the vicinity. I believe this was the best at this rate, that I have had the privilege to stay at.

Only point that I believe should be looked at is the price on the menu for drinks are not what you pay. Example I took Heineken and was on the menu at 12k and when I paid the system showed 15k. This the only reason I did not give 10 out 10 as the explanation was they update the system regularly and if that is true then the menus should too. I could have insisted to pay on the menu price, but it was not the staffs fault.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was spacious and the extra living area was an added bonus.

The bed was very hard, the towels were worn out and quite a few dishes were not available on the menu. There was also no butter to put on your toast with breakfast. The gym equipment was also not in a good condition and need an urgent upgrade.

Breakfast lacked variety and did not cater to the diverse population that came to stay. There was no variety for Pakistani travelers

More variety and spices, no sauces with samosa, somedays there was no bread and butter and we had to ask, sometimes, the breakfast started later than 7 am and we had to wait for arrangements to complete. Most of the times, it seemed monotonous and for people who are staying more than a week, it could get frustrating

This hotel has something to offer which is very rare in Kampala: silence. It has an excellent location, near town, Kololo, Acacia mall, and the main roads through Kampala, yet it had the most quiet night, free from outside noise in my entire four week stay in Kampala. The room was a bit dated but had a great layout, with a kitchen, sitting room, absolutely great bed (huge and comfortable) and fantastic shower. The rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy a (very good!) meal or drink in the evening. very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely return here.

I prefer a buffet style breakfast over a la carte, but maybe this was because it was a slow time when I was there.

Was a nice place, was recommended to me by local friends. Good place, quiet, large room - living room with TV plus sleeping room with TV. - Good bed, good matresse, good curtains, room was dark for sleeping. Small kitchen. terrace restaurant and breakfast. - Quality of food and breakfast, was outside better. But all in all - recommandation from my site.

Quality of breakfast

Location is fantastic as it is located to nearby, shopping malls, restaurants, bars. Breakfast was good, though it is limited with the choice. Available parking with 24hr security The rooms have good soundproof installation you cannot hear any noise despite the Suites location at a busy road and neighborhood

Size of room a bit small but it was perfect for me as a single traveler. The rooms need some maintenance as the air-conditioning and some appliances were not working well.

Awesome rooms , spacious with 3 different spaces ( which is faitly unique for an hotel) : living room, bedroom and washroom. The rooms are soundproof.

The food choice at the restaurant for brekfast and other meals can be improved. Still it's good and healthy

The staff were warm and friendly, very helpful too. The roof top 👌.. It was good to unwind here at the end of the day with the beautiful view of Kampala and watch the sun set. The food portions are generous.

It would be great to have one an authentic Ugandan dish on the menu. I had to ask for the electric kettle, the room had stuff for making tea/coffee but the kettle.

I love the location and the cordial behaviour of the staff in Arcadia. I was made to feel at home and my needs were well taken care of. This is the 2nd time I stayed in Arcadia and I intend to keep going back there.

The main lift wasn't functioning. I didn't like the fact that I had to cut my trip short. The Aircon could have been been better and wouldn't cool that well.

Location is perfect

Need to improve on breakfast, should include more protein and good fats. Avocado Salad, fruits and veggies, yogurt, sugar free juices and a good egg maker. should include good coffee (Not Ness Coffee) Uganda has the best coffee in the world.
