I had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip. It's in a really handy spot, easy to get to everything. The staff were so nice, always smiling and helping out. The breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh, tasty food. Everything was super clean too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a friendly, clean spot in a great location with a top-notch breakfast. It's fantastic!

Not much, the gym is a bit small, but it worked.

The staff are proactive, friendly ,helpful and polite in terms of cleanliness all areas in the hotel are spotlessly clean, the view of Kampala at night is beautiful and they have ample basement parking. bathrooms are very nice with rain drop showers and they also go the extra mile and provide complimentary basic amenities like tooth brush, paste , shower gel, shampoo,etc which in my situation turned out to be very useful saving me the hassle of going to buy toiletries.

The air conditioning in the rooms is not effective I.e doesn’t cool the room enough for a comfortable night’s sleep. I also shared this with the front desk staff during a previous stay and they said they are working on it but quite evidently they have not done anything as I had the same issue during my stay this week.

Very spacious clean bedroom and bathroom. The staff was attentive and all amenities were available. The hotel overall looks very nice and I felt welcome.

The a/c did not work properly in my room the first night. It was fixed the next night after I mentioned it, however the issue came back on the third night.

Nice hotel, well located. Staff was nice and the bedroom, bathroom and common areas were clean. Overall, a very nice place to stay in!

the hot water tap in the sink did not work, which is a bit of a problem for such a high end hotel. I reported this to staff but it was never fixed. I was only there for 2 nights though and the room was otherwise good

The overall quality, from the room's furnishings to the dinners was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I will defiantly return and recommend a stay at this hotel.
