It is close to the airport. The staff is very friendly. It is quiet and clean.

This is 2nd time I have stayed here. There must have been a staffing shortage this time, because I had to unexpectedly stay add another night, and I had to wait 20 minutes to be assisted with this in reception. I noticed that room service carts, plates and glasses were left in the hallway all day. When I did order room service, my breakfast was cold. And the coffee service in my room wasn't well stocked, I had to ask for that. It's a little disappointing considering how much I paid for my room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I must say, my experience went beyond the ordinary. What stood out the most was the incredible honesty and trustworthiness displayed by the hotel staff, particularly the housekeeper. After checking out and returning home, I received a surprising phone call from the housekeeper. She informed me that I had left some money in the room's locker, which I had completely forgotten about. The fact that she took the time and effort to contact me and return my forgotten belongings speaks volumes about the integrity of the hotel's team. This act of honesty not only saved me from the loss of my money but also left me with a deep sense of gratitude and trust in your hotel, It's rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in the hospitality industry, and this experience truly set. Throughout my stay, I also enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, excellent service, and a beautiful ambiance. The staff's commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience was evident at every turn. In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend Hilton to anyone seeking not only a comfortable and enjoyable stay but also an establishment that values honesty and trustworthiness as core principles. Breakfast provided a good variety of breakfast items to choose from. The Leonardo Restaurant was fabulous; we ate there 3 times for dinner. Exceptional service, excellent food and good value. The bedding was so luxurious we had the best night sleep of our entire two-week trip. Great to have a bank and bank ATM in the hotel to exchange money.

The Thai restaurant was totally unsatisfactory. As Asian Americans (Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino), the Thai food except for the soup was overpriced and not very good. No wonder we were the only customers in the place and the chef came out trying to sell us a bunch of dishes that we did not really want. Our bill was twice as much as we spent in the Leonardo for dinner.

Breakfast: served in a perfect location, in the middle of the ground floor accessible to everyone. Nicely and appropriately staffed, variety of different cuisines, mostly available and I didn't have to ask for them. It is just the Egyptian food and Omelette that were freshly prepared and this meant that we had to wait and queue, but even so it wasn't for along period of time. Staff always came to our tables and asked if everything was ok and offered coffee. Overall good experience. House keeping: A person is allocated to each level, my level someone named Bahaa was responsible for my room. Excellent customer care, always ensured to check even if the room service light was not on. Friendly and behaved as a family member. A very nice gesture by Hilton. Spa: excellent care though there is always one rotten apple that spoils things for everyone. In my second visit, a receptionist called Ghada, was extremely rude, arrogant and oblivious to customer care, made me feel that I was there to serve her rather that the other way round. Restaurants: Variety of international cuisines, also available 24/7 dining through room service. Liked Thai soups, chinese noodles, the Lebanese is over priced and the food is not very good. Hairdresser: Surprising Egyptian hairdresser chain called (Mohamed Alsagheer) I was very impressed by their professionalism and excellent customer service. Though sometimes you are offered beverages and food without informing me that this will go on my bill, so ask first, I would say! Night life: English pub called Darts, play with friends, drink, have light snacks, and listen to a live music by an excellent international singer called (Tariq). You may need to book in advance in certain days, but mostly you will find a space. Music in English, Arabic, French..etc. Tariq makes involves everyone in the singing and the dancing, making everyone feel welcome. The bar staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate.

Dusty at certain areas and dampness of the wall at certain areas of the lounge, something not expected of Hilton hotels. The corridors also could do with more vacuuming.

I only stayed for one night with my family as our flight was early in the morning. We had an amazing experience. Next time we come we will stay longer. The front desk staff are very accommodating. Mr. Emmile was very helpful. Ms Ghada at the Spa had a great sense of hospitality . My sister and I enjoyed the spa. There is a basketball area, air hockey table, and the pool is so clean. Highly recommend this hotel because of its respectful staff and also its location. It is about 10 minutes to the airport.

We had a flight the next day so the location (close to the airport) was perfect. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable compared to many other places we had stayed in around Egypt. Many great restaurants inside, beautiful reception. Our flight the following day was in the evening, and the staff at reception - particularly Ahmed Abddlh and Engy - were a great help, even organising a late check out for us. Very friendly professional staff.

One of the best hotel you can find in Heliopolis ! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I must give a special mention to the staff of the Noble House : Khaled, Ayman, Eva, Youssef, Abd Elfatah, Walid, Chef Hassanein, Chef Abd Elaziz and Chef Nagy. And Yasser, AbdelGayed, Ahmed, Foued, Amina, Menna, Aya, Nagui, Samir, Kareem, Ramez..

Excellent location for my purposes. Stayed here previously and found it very satisfactory. Overall facilities first class. Public area specious and airy. Marvellous Pool area. Ate in three of the restaurants: excellent.

My first room was very disappointing. Dreadful view. Boring decor. Did not look at all like the photos on Booking.com. Insisted on being moved to Cabana room. This was a big improvement. Marvellous location. However the decor was very tired and shabby. Airconditioning very noisy-a sign of poor maintenance. Bathroom fittings need upgrading- plug in washbasin did not retain the water. Refrigerator not working: it was replaced twice but it never functioned. A much inferior accommodation experience compared to my previous visits

The breakfast was international perfect and variety of options. The location close to airport so, the travel was perfect.

The first receptionist who did the check-in for me was unfriendly I think his name is madhat( as per badge) he requested for extra charge to complete the check-in claimed that booking didn’t charge me fully. I got surprised then when I insisted and start making noise he changed the forms and he finished the check-in.
