Location and cleanliness could not be faulted. Staff helpful and friendly. Bag storage and showers offered for later flights. Truffle ravioli in the beach restaurant was Amazing!! Alcohol drinks good choice and reasonable and as you’d expect to pay. We went when quiet so had plenty of choices of sun beds both pools and beach Beds in the room really comfy Great shower

For the price you would expect water in the room and coffee to be replaced daily by housekeeping - neither was the case. For a 5 star hotel you would expect these basics. Breakfast in the main restaurant was seriously disappointing, for €35 per person it was at best a very basic All Inclusive standard. Bottles of water €5 each so make sure to stock up on your own at the supermarket We’d read a lot of reviews about being overcharged to rooms so we paid for everything in cash or by cars to avoid incorrect room charges. Room was very clean, The staffs are friendly. The hotel facilities such restaurants, GYM, pool, roof were complete and great. location is the best.

The price was very expensive and some of my friends couldn't come to this hotel. Behavior of one of the night Security staffs (control) was not good with one of my guest. She had ID but he asked for Passport and after bringing the passport, he didn't act respectfully. It is clear that, he did his job correctly for safety of resident but as security control person, he should act in a polite manner with the resident and also guests.

The manager Paula made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We spent a lot of money at this hotel and she blocked us from using our key cards to get into the hotel room. At 10pm I asked why I couldn't get into my room and she said we need to pay the bill. I said we're going up to the bar for drinks before they close and we'll pay in the morning. She did not understand, we had to have a big discussion and debate and I was desperate to use the toilet as I had been out all day. She also got two security guards to follow me up to the room asking if someone was smoking but we don't smoke. The real reason was that she thought we would check out of the hotel 3 days early to avoid paying a few hundred pound bill.

great location near Hi and Ushuaia. the guitar singer at breakfast was a nice touch. the beach was well organised and people not allowed to hold on to sun loungers for more than 30 mins absence. great pool party on a Tuesday and we enjoyed sunset sessions on weds. we had a swim up room around the party pool.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Ibiza. The hotel was spacious, clean and luxurious. I liked that the size of it was manageable and not too sprawling. The Eden pool was incredible and we spent pretty much 4 days moving just lounging around the pool and enjoy the at sun lounger service! The pool in October was more then warm Enough to swim in and my 7 year old had an absolute blast at the pool. The rooms are stunning and in my opinion undersold on their website, clean, luxurious and comfortable, they also have huge glass windows and balconies which have (well our room in any case) stunning views over the hills and the beach. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic!! We were so charmed and impressed by the grounds which were so beautifully kept and stylish, this far exceeded my expections. Overall a wonderful stay with my family and the October sun was just perfect.

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like but I would love there to be a few extra pool tables in the 3rd half sports bar, we often wanted to play but had to wait in line.

The hotel is really nice, it’s my 10th staying with at the Hard Rock, staff honoured my request for the room, so I was delighted. The facilities in the room were spot on and had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable and staff cleaned and tidied everyday with white fluffy towels. Food and drinks although slightly expensive were of a good quality.

Coffee shop closed too early. Sun loungers (splash) are extremely uncomfortable and needed padding. Music was really too loud most of the time.

The check in service was hands down one of the best we have experienced. It was friendly, professional and straightforward. When there was a glitch with the room not quite being ready, everything was sorted out really quickly and we even received an upgrade. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had an amazing view. The rooftop bar is a must visit - go there to watch the world (and planes) go by. Heaps of choices for pools/beach/bars/restaurants and activities. Overall the resort was fantastic and definitely designed to keep you entertained in the one place.

The wrist bands instead of key cards for room access are a great idea but we are on the fence as to their practicality of use. Some of the facilities need a bit of an upgrade - such as the stairwell carpet (just avoid the stairs if you don't want to look at it!) The separate toilet is good but it has obscure glass and an automatic sensor light - which if you are sharing the room with someone, the light will disturb your sleep.

Hard Rock hotel is a different experience than any other normal 5-star hotel. From the moment you step in you get the feeling of extra comfort along excitement of staying there. The staff there are unbelievably friendly and helpful. They do not hesitate to help you no matter what you need. The checkin process was very easy, well described, and comfortable. You get access to hotel amenities, pool and restaurants even if you are there early or you’ve checkout already. We had the Gold Oceanview room and I can say it was absolutely stunning. The architecture is so good You have a full view of the ocean and Ushuaia hotel from one side, and Ocean and Pool on the other one. The theme of Hard Rock Hotel is obviously Music, and it’s infused with it every you go. You don’t get the typical key card but you get a smart wrist band like a Concert, and you do everything with it. You use it for key or to access the venue or parties or pay at events. The parties are big, and there are multiple of them per day. Usually 1 is larger and includes selling tickets to outside hotel. There are two pools one more family friendly & chill, another one (Splash) is for parties with a Bar in the middle of pool. You can literally sit in the water by the bar table and enjoy music. There is also a rooftop bar which opens at 7 p.m and there is usually a bigger party there on Mondays and Thursdays. Other days there are DJs & Musicians coming from different places of the world. Hotel Also has an app which provides you a lot of useful info, restaurants menus, Reservations, Room service and more. I found it really helpful and convenient to use. The customer team are really nice also. We got personal note and an apology gift since we had to wait a bit more at the restaurant from the team which was really nice gesture. There is a lot more to the hotel however I cannot cover all here.

The only problem is the parties are hotel guests and outsiders mixed which makes them a bit uncomfortable and unsafe when events happening. I would love to see one side of Splash Pool benches dedicated to Hotel guests and being blocked to others since we really could not leave our stuff. Also shared pool bathrooms caused some unfavorable encounters seeing some people trading & using illegal substances there

Overall facilities and feel are amazing. This is Ibiza! Easy location for airport and Old Town. Rooms are smallish but what you would expect in a hotel this size. I would highly recommend a stay at the Hard Rock (and make sure you enjoy a sunset at the rooftop bar.
