The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. They provided hard and soft pillows which are perfect. Wifi in the room was fast. Air-conditioning in the room was strong. Toilet had ample sink counter space and the shower water pressure was strong. The hair dryer provided was top notch and very powerful. Location of the hotel was convenient. There is a covered walkway linking to the nearest S-bahn station.

I was disappointed that as a solo traveller I was given 2 single beds. I went back to the counter to let the hotel staff know I wanted a double bed but she told me it was only a request I've indicated and they do not have a room with a double bed available at the moment. After reading most of the reviews, I've concluded the hotel never had a standard room with double bed at all. The lift from the ground floor where the S-Bahn walkway is connected to the reception floor is out of order (probably out of order for a long time). So you'll have to carry your luggage up the stairs or push it up a slope to the reception.

The breakfast was more than satisfying including options for every taste. The location of the hotel makes it easy to travel arround, either by car or by means of mass transportation (connected directly to the Rosenheimer platz S-bahn station by an underground passage!!)

A lot of congresses taking place, along with the accompanying attendants, makes it busy and noise specially during breakfast time. Minor renovations where taking place at our floor (painting of walls) that we weren't informed of. The painting crews made some noise really early in the morning.

Nice big comfy room. Breakfasts were well stocked, great choice, not crowded. Nice bathroom, modern shower. Quiet (apart from some loud and crass visitors as per In Bruges).

Pedestrian access was a bit meh. It is not clear how to access the hotel from Rosenheimer Platz, which is further away from the actual station than they suggest. There is an underground walkway but chances are you'd not find it from the platform. Easy once you know how though. The road side access is messy, either up an uneven slope or up steps. Finally, the exterior disguises that this is a good hotel. Very scruffy 1970s, including undecorated, broken facade above outdoor breakfast area, yet the interior is very good.

The breakfast was included on my reservation and it was so good since it was full of options and quality of food. The lobby was so cool, very big and it has a restaurant on it so it's a good option to have dinner there. The location was good, since we were 8 mins away from the city centre.

The size of the room was a bit tight and small. The parking was not included on the reservation. We forgot our passports on the room and for a whole day the hotel never picked up a phone call. And the staff were a bit disappointing being a bit rude.

Outstanding! Great value. Within 100 yards of an SBahn station with an underground that connects with the hotel. Superb breakfast buffet. Two large saunas and hotel furnishes bath robes and slippers. About 30 minutes from airport using SBahn. Just 10 minutes from tour bus starting locations. Has supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants adjacent the hotel in the underground walkway. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Strongly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely stay there again should we ever visit Munich again.

There was not one thing that we disliked about this hotel.

The room was small, but we were only there to sleep. It was clean and had what we needed. The breakfast each morning was amazing! So many choices, and delicious. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. It was only 2 stops from Marienplatz, and easy access to trains and underground shops and restaurants.

Wish we could have checked in earlier. When your flight arrives at 830am from the United States, and you’ve got jet lag, waiting till 300pm to check in was a bummer. They were very kind and stored our luggage for us so we could sight see while we waited.

Location. You have beautiful international restaurants and a great home made ice cream just right around the corner including CHOPAN, an Afghani restaurant which is superb. Also a Bavarian traditional resto at 6 min walk and the most beautiful riverside promenade. Also very near to the centre. Old style Holiday although it could feel like a mass hotel it does have the right size of rooms

Perhaps the breakfast place too crowded but all was fine and staff super friendly.

Great access - You can get to the hotel through the underground floor straight from Rosenheimer platz station. Easy getting to and from airport using S1 or S8 bahn. Location is fantastic, walking distance from the nearby attractions. Easy to get around using public transport. Also, a couple of grocerie shops on the underground floor. Lots of eateries around. (Keep in mind that the grocery shops don't work on Sundays, so if you travel, stack up on your essentials, ours was water) Breakfast options were of a wide range, staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and tidy. They don't clean them every day but I think some things could be sorted, if need be.

The hotel is a high traffic place, lots of guests and conferences are taking place, so it could be crowded in the morning at the breakfast area.

The room was comfy. We had a suite with a sofa bed in a separate room for our teenager. The sofa bed was also comfortable. Great SAUNA! Clean. Great LOCATION! We Uber'ed or walked to all the attractions. An Uber to Marienplatz was approx 12 Euros. There's a mall on the ground floor! Lots of food choices for snacks - kebabs, Chinese, Veitnamese. Also Aldi and Sixt and Hong Kong Market for food shopping for things like water and snacks.

In the suite, there is only a window in the sofa bed area, not in the bedroom area. So when the doors were closed between the two rooms, ventilation in the bedroom was poor.

Perfect location. Everything in walking distance, and if not, a metro station accessible from the hotel foyer. Nice sized room, well appointed. Staff very obliging.

The air-conditioning wasn't too efficient, and the days were starting to warm up.
