Staff very pleasant and welcoming, including carrying bags to room. Top marks to them. Balcony and garden view in our room quiet and lovely. Mini-kitchen area well equipped. Location is just a short walk (4 mins) from Marienplatz which is a must see area.

Ouch - expensive! But everywhere in Munich seems to be. Nespresso coffee-maker provided and small selection of teabags plus kettle - but interestingly no milk/creamer. (Probably we could have asked for some but we just bought some at the nearby convenience store instead). On arrival the building site in front of the hotel looks off-putting but it really isn't a problem once you are checked in.

Due to extreme flight delays we checked in during the early hours, very smooth and speedy process. receptionist the next day was extremely helpful trying to track our delayed luggage. The hotel is in the heart of Munich and walking distance to Marienplatz, shops, sights and bars/restaurants. the room was spacious and clean.

The aircon did not get the room lower than 19.7, which was quite unbearable with the heat outside too. We only had breakfast on the last day and there was very little left when we got there, we had 1 yoghurt, 2 small sausage and a bread roll between us but were still charged full price for 2 meals!!

The welcome by a lady with short blonde hair in a suit and the wonderful smell by the lady at reception, The was upgraded complimentary and he sauna facilities was amazing , The lady who saw our departure at the end was lovely too Night staff were very very helpful to us .

Only one lady member of staff was unfriendly and not flexible , She was the only like that ,(she was in a day shift till late ) All the other staff were amazing ,very very helpful and the night staff were also very very amazing and very helpful , She nearly spoiled our whole experience and also nearly spoiled all the hard work the other staff put in ,so we had to be strong and not allow her to spoil other peoples hard work .

Location is perfect just 1 min walk from the main street. Surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurant and parks. Bed was very comfy and luxurious we slept really good after touring in Europe and spending the last 2 days in Munich. The inner courtyard is amazing and we liked the balcony with some privacy.

There was a construction site in front of the hotel. It was a bit difficult for Uber drivers to get there. And it was blocking the view bit.

The room and hotel were very clean, excellent location, quiet, super comfortable beds, nice courtyard and terrace at the back.

The WiFi kept disconnecting and the signal was weak, which is really inexcusable for the price you are paying. We never complained about it, but shouldn't have to in the first place. The breakfast menu is very limited and on our first (and only!) breakfast there we were served a croissant that was literally completely raw dough on the inside.

Location was perfect, in the heart of Lehel, Munchen old town, nice traditional building with a beautiful garden. Great rooms, nicely appointed, well air-conditioned. Our rooms had a terrace looking into the beautiful garden. Overall atmosphere was very pleasing and relaxing

The only thing not up to the general standard of this hotel was the breakfast system. A choice of one HUGE continental breakfast or a small croisant and coffee meal is too meager for such a nice place. Although the staff was very nice and the breakfast ingredients of great quality, eating the exactly same breakfast three days in a row was less then appealing

The location was nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and the apartment is spacious. We really liked the enormous soaker tub. The courtyard was lovely and a nice place to relax. We were arable to pay for a late checkout so we could rest up before our evening flight.

We had to get a new cot delivered as the first one was defective. The staff was quickly responsive and the new one worked just fine.

Large room. Secure parking. Nice courtyard/garden. Very central location and still quiet.

Breakfast is expensive but it's a few minutes' walk to a cafe. I would have liked the hotel to give notification that SatNavs give directions to the hotel which are blocked due to long-term building works - would be nice to have received alternative directions.

Location of the hotel is very central to Frankfurt, we did a lot of walking to great restaurants. The neighborhood was great and quiet at night, but you could walk 3 minutes and be in the thick of it. We choose to have our breakfast out since there was a lot of authentic place around the area.

Price, it was very expensive but worth the stay.

Nice location with beautiful mountain and nature views from the room balcony and the restaurant terrace. Very clean and cozy rooms with all amenities. Nice breakfast. Helpful and professional staff. Close to key hiking trails along the rivers. 2 min. to the train station and groceries. Good food at the restaurant. Nice breakfast.
