The hotel is well located near the O.R Tambo Airport, with its close proximity to the airport, it is highly ideal for travelers who are on quick transit through the city. The hotel provides a good option for meals and drinks, the rooms were well-serviced and clean. Furthermore, the hotel is located near the East Rand Mall which has a diverse number of shops which is essential for one who may need to do quick shopping. I further appreciate the free hotel transfer to the airport & the affordable rates to other places within the city, the driver was extremely friendly and assisted me through my errands in the city. The hotel staff were equally helpful but seemed tired. In conclusion, I recommend the hotel to anyone transiting to Johannesburg, it also has a great planespotting view for all of those Aviation Enthusiasts.

The rooms; are slightly outdated and need renovation. Staff; Seemed tired and passive-aggressive with requests. The Pool; Recommend it to be heated to allow for its increased access in both summer & winter by travelers.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They went above an beyond in transporting me to and from the airport. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The room was lovely. Overall it was a good stay and served my purpose.

The bathroom wasn't that clean and could do with replacing as hand basin was cracked could do with a refurbishment. Unfortunately the kettle was dirty as if someone had cooked something in it so i wasn't able ti have coffee orvtea in the morning when I got up.

The room was clean and comfortable and safe and was an affordable option for a layover stay when traveling through the JNB airport. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was a wonderful spread of options.☺️

Communication was poor, trying to line up rides from the airport. Emails or messaging through the booking app were either very slow in a response or not responded to altogether. I had to call to actually get answers, which was frustrating when you don't have international calling and it's expensive.

We really liked that they have a shuttle to take us to the airport and then collect us back to the hotel on our way back from our 5 days trip. It's prompt and they even fetched us 5.30am, so we can get on time at the airport on time for our fligh. We left our car at their parking during our trip and paid 300ZAR. The room was conveniently with 2 double beds, so we could stay together with our two kids.

There was a bad smell in the room, which I couldn't allocate if it was from the carpet or the bathroom.

The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. I also liked the fact that the rooms are sound proof that was just great especially when traveling with group of friends :)

I think I booked rooms with double beds only if I remember correctly, because I made the reservation quite long ago and I couldn't come back to the app to verify. There was one room with 2 single beds :(... The breakfast was really not worth the value for the money let's try to do better next time

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived and there was an issue with the room, this was immediately attended to. The food was good quality and tasted nice. The rooms were clean and well catered food. Rooms were cleaned every day. Entrance to the building is beautiful and the facilities are good.

The food was quite expensive considering what was available. The key card stopped working the second day and had to be re-calibrated. The airplanes constantly flying over were definitely a distraction.

The room was perfectly fine. Meeting expectations. There was a bit of wear and tear in the bathroom

Some people might find the planes flying overhead every few minutes a bit trying. It is right in the flight path. But I didn’t mind it. The evening buffet wasn’t very good. The chicken and pork were very dry.

Their shuttle transport is on time and reliable.

The charge breakfast separately which is different with most of its competitors. It is awkward to charge accommodation separately from breakfast. I recommend a room bar just to make things easier to the visitor when i want to grab one bottle of beer, or coke..

Free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and service was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception was efficient and friendly despite our late arrival at night.

Room was prepared for two people instead of 4: 2 towels and mugs and had to request extra. Wi-fi was not working. We were connected with no internet.

I really like the staff, the best thing was the staff. Shootout Michael and 4 other people ,but I forgot the names. We arrived super early and Michael gave us a place to shower and rest while we waited for the check-in.
