The property was very close to shopping and food. There was no noise coming from other rooms which is not always the case when staying in a hotel room. The staff was amicable. The young man fixed the room, which was a king handicap accessible downstairs when the system tried to place us upstairs since we both have knee and back problems. The bathroom was perfect. The bed was super comfortable.

The lamps were missing bulbs in two of the lamps. The small pillows were horrible. There was no comfortable chair to sit in. My spouse actually fell out of the rolling chair when he sat in it. There was no channel guide for the tv. Also, there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. No breakfast although it was advertised in the listing. Yes, I understand covid precautions, but if restaurants are dining in, this should not be an issue for hotels.

Did not eat breakfast. I know it maybe hard to find help but a hot breakfast was be great for a wonderful motel like yours.loved the cleanliness, changed the flooring, up keep of the rooms was great. The beds was awesome sleep really good.

Lady front desk super friendly and helpful with late checkin. Place was super clean.

It wasnt that I didnt like it ...place a little dated and we over slept our breakfast. I would stay there again. Even though on main road and next to a dollar general it was safe and quiet.

I had no iron , had to call for one, door was not sealed I can see out of it. And the dresser draw was broken, chair was very dirty. Ac vent cracked up badly. Microwave was very rusty and damaged.

Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful! It was next to all the restaurants.

The pool was closed in the middle of July.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Exceeded my expectations for this price point. We have another trip planned to Dothan soon and have booked this same hotel again.

Parking was tight. The bed was squeaky.

The front desk clerk was exceptional, and was very apologetic after our room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, wreaked of smoke, and he assigned us to another room.

It was unfortunate that the continental breakfast hadn't been restored yet.

Clean room friendly staff

Mattress heavy worn, no fire extinguisher, no remote for tv and did see a way to turn tv off

The room was nice and clean. Although some underwear was left behind the bathroom door.

Remote didn't work and parking is tight.
