The bacon and coffee were good, and the location was fine.

There was the smell of mold in two lower floor rooms, so we accepted a room on the 4th floor, which was much better. Now, this room did have a bathtub drainage problem, which we reported at checkout. However, there is this particular staff member, Julian, who basically saved the day! His professionalism and diligent efforts in accommodating us well made up for any inconveniences. Julian was so patient and kind, not only in his dealings with us but (quite noticeably) with others as well. His calm and positive manner is deeply appreciated and is what's needed by travelers seeking a place to rest away from home.

We love the location. Located close enough to the Disney Parks, yet far enough away from to avoid the hustle and bustle. We are Disney World Annual Passholders who prefer to stay off property and stayed at this Best Western Plus several times. This past visit was the first time we experienced the free buffet breakfast. Great choice of breakfast fare from cereal and yogurt, to fresh, make them yourself pancakes. The scrambled eggs were light, fluffy and hot. Tons of bacon and sausage. Fresh fruit, cold fruit juices and piping hot coffee. One of the best breakfast included we've ever had!! Pleasantly surprised, full and satisfied!!

The only complaint is the same complaint that we have everytime we stay here. And it's HUGE!! The beds are awful!! The foundation the mattress sets on squeaks and creaks with every toss, turn and move. And the mattresses themselves are not comfortable. After spending hours and hours on our feet at the Parks or shopping we look forward to a quiet and comfortable sleep. Sadly this BW+ mattress and bedding doesn't come through!!

The staff was friendly and great. The room was clean. If we needed anything they were more than happy to help and answer any questions. Got us checked in with no problems. The hot tub and pool was nice. Will book there again when we come back to Orlando.

There was one elevator I was afraid to get in because it sounded like it would fall. The other was getting bad. We stayed on the 4th floor just off the elevator i would walk down hall to steps and go down 4 floors or walk up 4 floors so I did not have to get in the elevator.

I loved the look of the room especially the mirror and vanity in the bathroom. It was nice to have the microwave and mini fridge in the room also. The lobby and the landscape outside was nicely done.

The toilet in the bathroom is very short and made it hard to sit on and then get back up from that position. We also opted to not do breakfast the 2nd day as it was very minimal type breakfast from what we have had at other hotels.

The location is great! The rooms were a decent size and came with a fridge with freezer. We liked that the pool was pretty big and wasn't crowded. Breakfast was included but we were too tired to wake up early and try it. Overall it is a good hotel! The only downside was that we were never able to get a cart for our luggage. I believe there was only 2.

The location was great. Everyone was pretty much friendly. The food was great, just some more selections would be better. Loved having the twin beds option. Worked out great for my Family.

There was no fan in the bathroom. Everything fogged up, including our glasses. And the tub was slow to drain. But I did love the big lighted mirror.

It was a perfect hotel with good and friendly staff. always ready help or give you good advice. the beds where good. enough parking space. Only 10 minutes drive from the Walt Disney Resort. 25 minutes drive to the Universal Resort and 1 hour to Kennedy Space Center. So the perfect place to stay if you are wanne visit theme parks in Florida.

the whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally good, quick smooth check in, the room was excellent throughout and the breakfast had a very nice variety to choose from, although the sausages and scrambled eggs were my first choice every time. The young female receptionist (im sorry i cannot remember her name) you had on duty during our stay was excellent truly an asset to the hotel, she was polite, courteous and over and above helpful for us which at our ages is a blessing to have someone who wants to help you enjoy your stay and not just going through the motions as its their job. Already i have forwarded your hotel details to family and colleagues should they be in the area and need a great hotel, so thankyou for a great experience.

The breakfast was great for starting the morning with a good selection. Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, yogurt, etc. The coffee was good as well.

The juice machine in the breakfast room didn't seem to work very well. Had an EV and having charging availability provided by the hotel made the stay that much less stressful. However, some people would park their gas vehicles in the EV spaces when there were other spaces they could have used. It may not be illegal but it would have been a courtesy to leave these for drivers with EV's and I noticed no less than 5 others staying there including the manager.

I love that it was very close to location for the theme parks sea world and water park. Love that there hot breakfast every morning. The bed was comfortable.

I didn't like that was no room service to clean the room for a 3 night basically put trash and dirty towels in front of door. Had to go down to guest service every time needed something for the room
