Lovely facility, helpful and courteous staff, good breakfast, and fabulous location!

Our room had a strong smell of marijana. The window was open, suggesting it was already detected by the cleaning staff. When we called the office to report they were very courteous and sent someone to our room. He sprayed a deodorize around the room and in the curtains. That scent overpowered the marijana smell, until it didn’t. The person mentioned the motel had a machine that could clear the air in an hour. That should have been used when the cleaning staff discovered the smell during cleaning - maybe they were they ones smoking the weed.

The property was easy to find, facilities were clean, each floor has ice machine and the room — OUR ROOM WAS HUGE! It was PERFECT for our family of 6! They also have laundry! However, their pool is closed because of the season. They have a beautiful lobby! Nice and warm! Their staff are very informative in terms of getting their opinion on where do we start our day trip from so many options! We went there from Antelope Canyons so It was a very long drive (3hrs) and the roads are very dark and lots of turns. I would suggest you have to be there by 5pm during winter hours. They have no restaurant in-house so you have to go to the other side where the bar is. we didn’t go because we were tired, I’m glad we got some to-go foods and snacks for dinner. Their breakfast buffet is good!

What I did not like is that they don’t have in-house restaurant.

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus near Bryce National Park. The hotel was easy to find, though note that there are two Bryce Western Hotels in the area—ours was the “Plus.” Parking was very convenient, and the entrance was welcoming with a cozy fireplace and a complimentary coffee machine, along with plenty of seating. Check-in was smooth, and our room was on the first floor. We later discovered an alternate door that made unloading our luggage even easier. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and hot water. Our two queen beds were very comfortable, and the room had a heater to keep us warm. The TV offered a good selection of channels, including streaming services. The hotel’s proximity to Bryce National Park was ideal—only about a mile or so from the visitor center. While it was quite cold outside, the hotel was warm and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Check-out was also pleasant, with friendly conversation with the reception staff before we continued our journey. Overall, we stayed two nights and highly recommend this hotel. It’s definitely worth the money—a great value with excellent amenities and a prime location near Bryce Canyon.

Clean, very nice breakfast, large comfortable room. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Location great!

The only complaint is when we arrived (about 1:00- 1:30) pm (we weren’t sure if we were at the right hotel) the front desk woman was not the least bit hospitable and both my husband and I wondered why she was working in the business. She didn’t greet us, didn’t say hello, never smiled. Only said yes this is the right place. And her attitude was “get the hell out of here until 4pm” (check-in) time. She was not a good first impression of your hotel. However when we did come back and checked in, the registration staff had changed and everything from there on out was excellent!

We stayed as a family of 4. We loved everything. On our 6 day trip to Utah this hotel was the best. Great location, new amenities, large clean rooms. Unfortunately it was raining (and then snowing) outside so wasn't able to enjoy the pool or hot tub and outside area. Breakfast area, food selection and service was exceptional. Reception area is beautiful. This hotel doesn't allow pets, but they check us in with a service dog and we had no issues. And all of this for a cheap price

The hotel is located in the town of Bryce Canyon, just a few minutes' drive from the entrance to the park. The town is nice and calm and gives off an atmosphere reminiscent of the old west... The location of the hotel is very convenient, the central structure is a classic lodge structure. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and spacious. The entrance space and the lobby with the large fireplace and the brick wall with the stuffed elk's head - were beautiful and authentic. It was just fun to sink into the deep and comfortable armchairs in the lobby and enjoy the atmosphere! The design of the rooms combines touches of the old west with more modern elements. The breakfast was good overall. The hash browns were not bad at all and their serving was special and different from other places......

The bathroom was a bit outdated, the air condition was noisy but functionally it cooled the room to the desired degree. The breakfast was basic - a slightly larger variety of foods would have significantly upgraded the overall experience - with an emphasis on healthy fruits and vegetables perhaps... The pool is relatively small, the water did not look particularly clean and also a bit cold so I decided to give up...

The hotel is immaculate. The entrance, lobby, elevator, our room and the breakfast room were sparkling clean. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and always replenished. The staff stocked and cleaned the buffet and your plates and the tables when people left. If you have your privacy please sign up, the cleaning staff leaves you. bag full of clean towels and all the stuff you need. Everyone was friendly and the guests were too.

Better dinner recommendations from the desk staff would have been appreciated. She just read off a sheet of places which was not as helpful as we prefer a local perspective. We did go to one of the listed places and the food was amazing.

It's a big hotel, located very central up in the mountains. It has a unique ambiente, big pool, and all you need for a comfortabel stay. Breakfast comes as a big buffet, depending on saisonale occupancy maybe a bit crowded. But food is ok. Staff was always friendly, except one young guy at the desk, he was a bit "nerved" as my wife had some questions, but not to bad, all the girls at the front desk was nice and helpful. Rooms was clean and big. Restaurant close by, just across the street. All over all, good place to stay.

We got a very clean and spacious room for a family of four with a fridge and microwave, beds were comfy, breakfast is included which is great, close enough to the National Park. Laundry room is a lifesaver. Staff was very very friendly and helpful and tried to help us with all the issues we had.

We were in Bryce in the end of November and the room was very cold because heater didn’t work properly. Technician came to help us twice, and eventually fixed it by the second night, but first night was so cold. Also showers were barely warm in the whole building that same day — unlucky for us. Also no dinner in the hotel, but several options close by.

The accommodations were lovely and the breakfast was very nice, although I bring my own since I'm gluten and dairy free. My husband thought it was great and I did notice that you have gluten free and dairy free option, so that was enouraging!

The one thing I didn't like was the very strong cleaning odor. I'm sensitive to those smells and it was rather overpowering when we first got there. I might recommend using something a bit less chemical smelling.
