Great location - just ten minutes from Bryce Canyon National park. This also means it's not too far from other attractions like Escalante. Hosts were great, informative about local hikes etc. We stayed in the 'under the rim' room which had an awesome view for sunset. Breakfast was AMAZING. We stayed for two nights, both breakfasts were outstanding. Ed makes one of the best egg benedicts I've ever had. The whole space is decorated with Ed (one of the owners) photography artwork. Super talented - we purchased one of his pieces to take back to SLC with us.

Not much to say for what not to like. Only potential downfall is there is no indoor common area during times outside of breakfast hour.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bryce Trails B&B! Located about 20 minutes outside of Bryce Canyon Park, it was a quiet place, away from the touristy feel of the closer hotels. Beautiful views, quiet location, very friendly hosts, and delicious breakfasts, sitting with other guests and sharing National Park stories! We loved our first floor room with its patio where we could watch the sunset over Bryce and see the deer walk by!

We didn't have temperature control in our room, so the first evening it felt a little warm with the heater on, but that was solved by just opening the window a bit.

This bed and breakfast is very cozy. For us we had a large and comfortable room with very beautiful furnishings and nice views of both Bryce and Escalante. The hosts are both very nice people, very conversational and more than willing to help. After breakfast our first morning there, they proactively offered valuable guidance for our trip into Bryce that day. They are always happy to help. Bryce Trails is located in the small and charming town of Tropic, only a 10-15 minute picturesque right to Bryce Canyon. It's located on a hill overlooking Scenic Route 12 which runs through the Tropic town center. It's very quiet with wildlife such as deer a common site especially around sunset. It's a pleasure to watch the 6 or 7 hummingbirds at the two feeders outside the breakfast room window. The breakfast was tremendous both mornings we were there. Coffee and juice are self serve. The breakfast room is bright with large windows. Ample free parking for guests. A nice restaurant for dinner is just a minute or two away. This place is HIGHLY recommended.

We loved everything about our stay. We were a family of 7 traveling with 3 kids. It was perfect. The cleanest place we've stayed. High quality, well, everything. A lot of extra thoughtful touches. The breakfast was amazing and what meant the most to us was how they accommodated our various food allergies. It can be so hard to travel when you have food restrictions and we were so happy to not have it as a concern during our stay.

I truly can't think of anything any of us didn't like.

The location was great, there were many places to walk and hike at the property. The owners were very accommodating. The breakfast was so good. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.

I can’t think of anything. We vacationed during the off season, there weren’t many places open, but the breakfast was good, allowing us to only need to find food later in the day.

High quality B and B with quiet and very comfortable bedrooms which are well situated at only 10 minutes short drive from the Bryce Canyon park entrance. The breakfasts are exceptional, changing each day and are true culinary creations. You can even watch the humming birds as you eat your breakfast. The hosts are very friendly, quick to react to give us extra bedding on our first afternoon and gave us some really good advice on places to visit.

Everything was perfect

The outside and the rural area had us worried but it ended up to be one of the cleanest, most pleasant B&B’s we have stayed in. loved the owners and breakfast was excellent. We recommend highly.

The location was convenient (close to Bryce) but as you drove up, it seemed a little tired looking. But once inside, it was very well run and Clean!

Very helpful owners , sharing great tips for national park visits, fabulous breakfast, rooms with great view of Bryce Canyon in the morning sun, comfortable spacious rooms, one equipped with a massage chair, just couldn’t get enough 😀

Bed and shower are the most comfortable of the several places where I stayed during my trip, even better than some so-called 5-star hotels. Nice view of stars in the yard. Breakfast cooked by the host is great!

Great hosts (Ed also happens to be an amazing photographer), delicious breakfast, comfy and immaculate room, perfect for area exploration. Will for sure return!
