The room was spacious and remodeled. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless clean!! The location was also very good, being that you could walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in about 20 minutes.

The lobby needs to be remodeled. The rooms are so nice, and you can't judge the hotel by the appearance of the lobby. The cleaning staff was also extremely attentive and professional.

They've updated the exterior color appearance to a more modern tone and away from the 70s colors. The room was fabulous and updated with a great working ac/heater. There's a big supermarket called Pavilion next to the place to do your shopping as well as a lot of eatery surrounding it. The front desk service is excellent as well. Nice little grab and go breakfast. Bagels and Danish pastry.

Only flaw was due to the winter you have to run the water a good 5-10 mins before hot water comes out.

the place is kinda dark. needs better lighting. also the lady in charge in the evenings is very sour. doesn’t smile and looks like she wants to be out partying….which she probably should. needs a more mature night manager.

Room and bathroom new with modern design, nice shower, huge tv, included coffee/tee and pastries as small breakfast, outdoor sofas and chairs/tables, close to Hollywood bvd, and Melrose ave. Nice big supermarket just around the corner and several restaurants nearby.

Reception should be updated to reflect the room's modernity Old type of AC very noisy (could not be used during sleep) Expensive, but that's LA !

This is a basic hotel in West Hollywood so convenient to local attractions and shops. We arrived early morning and they were happy to look after our luggage while we went to Melrose Trading Post. The receptionist also called me at 12.00 to advise my room was ready. We had a very nice large room with a balcony which was better than most of the other rooms I think. A simple motel like structure around a central courtyard but if you just want a bed for the night, this will suit you well.

The position is great, very close to Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd, you can even reach them by foot which is rare in LA. The room is big, very clean and comfy. The small light breakfast is very good.

The price is a bit high for a motel, the bathroom door doesn't really shut. But other than that it was great.

Free parking! Food was good. Location of the hotel is right next to 108 bus stop that brings you to the airport directly. It's also walking distance from the monorail station which gives you the flexibility of transportation modes.

Wi-Fi was spotty. I was unable to connect to it reliably. Ended up using mobile data most of the time. Check-in timing was strict. Do note that there are no lifts at this hotel so be prepared to carry your baggage up the stairs.
