Hannah and Machelle at the front desk on second shift was a "Dream Team". Thier professional attitude towards all of my needs was right on point. From towels, places in the area to eat and their attention to cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. If there was no one at the desk checking in or out, they were wiping down counters or lamps but always something Trisha on first shift was the example of what you want for the face of the hotel. Her whole demeanor was professionalism. She is a huge asset to you and to your guests. You to be quite frank, during our other stays at this hotel I loved the morning front desk manager. Her name escapes me right now but we really missed her this trip. That being said the new manager, Dorian was exceptional. Anything we asked of her or needed she was right there with the answer. Great dealing with a staff that knows their stuff and their surroundings

Breakfast was exceptional. Variety of hot selections was great and the warm cinnamon rolls a real treat. The hotel looked new and we were so surprised when I asked how long it had been opened - 10 years!

There was nothing that we didn’t like! We would drive out of our way to stay here again. From the welcome when we arrived to the printed receipt under our door in the morning. We loved it!

The location is quite convenient. The staff are friendly and courteous. The hot breakfast is great: lots of choices and starts at 6:00 AM.

There was a power failure when I arrived. This was out of the staff’s control. I was able to check in and was given the choice not to stay. I stayed. The power was back on about 1 hour later. It was inconvenient with no elevator but I always travel with a flashlight.

Very clean & agents at the check in desk were very professional & made our check in easy & pleasant.

With the economy the way it is today & families trying to naked ends meet as well as being a senior. I thought the cost fir one night was pricey.

Hannah was very professional and polite in addressing a problem with our reservation. She was very helpful in resolving our issue! She also was very helpful in recommending local restaurants to eat at. Thanks so much Hannah!

This was the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

The hot breakfast items (scrambled eggs, omelet) were edible/ok, but not that good. More and more of us are not interested in sugary, carbohydrates. We need more nutritional options.

Everything was very clean. The staff were great. The food was ptetty good for a standard hotel buffet. The sausage gravy and biscuits, and the warm cinnamon rolls were my favorite part of breakfast. Good coffee, which is important. Fridge worked well. Plenty of ice in the machines. Liked the scented shampoo, etc. in the shower. Rooms were quiet. The pool was sparkling. Everything looked recently remodeled.

The room felt kind of cramped with 2 Queen beds and that long TV/desk combo. It was a bit pricey for the location, though. The bed was a little hard, but I slept all right. We could not get the heater to work. It only blowed cold air. However, the room was warm enough at night that we didn't actually need it, so we didn't bother the front desk about it.

This hotel was super nice, clean, and family friendly! We took our one year old for the weekend and if we travel again there (which is likely) we will definitely be back! Good breakfast, wonderful staff, and a wonderful location! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

The hotel was spotless! The cleanest place i have ever stayed at. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better, some healthier choices - vegetables, whole wheat etc.

Room was nice and big. Great breakfast range. Hotel close to highway. Check in way easy and staff were friendly.

Could not make international calls, even after calling reception.
