The hotel does not even look like a hotel. It looks more like an apartment complex. The room was large and there is even a cozy window seat. The beds were comfy too.

The house keeping needs to pay a bit more attention to the stuff in the room like the remote and the advertisement stand, both of them were very very sticky. I washed and wiped the place down after that. We also found a bag on the side of the bed that had pulled apart steal wool in it that is widely known that crackheads use it for their crack pipes. All the vending machines were out of order but that was ok cause we went to the store and got stuff.

This Inn exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, comfort and location. The price was extremely competitive from the other nearby hotels. We stayed one night with another couple for a concert's night, and we would certainly recommend it.

Even though check in staff was efficient and friendly, the midnight staff was a little less service oriented. My husband went to ask for a spare key, and the lady was so focused on the computer that she never acknowledged or heard him (which is hard because his voice tone is rough and high). Also, a little more caution should be made while assigning room numbers/ keys- we were given the keys for the 2 booked rooms, and one of the rooms still had guests in it.... luckily we noticed as soon as door was opened.

It was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. One particular staff member (I think her name was Shawn) was absolutely amazing! My daughter said Shawn(?) was her favorite part of staying there. (I’m terrible with names, I got her name too many times to keep forgetting)

The only thing was the hair dryer was busted up and didn’t work. Not much of an issue though, we were fine with air drying our hair.

The employees were super nice the hotel was really clean the water pressure was great in the shower. The breakfast was filling and there was a lot of choices very delicious. The location was very welcoming not a lot of unwanted people around like some other hotels that we had seen in the area. And it was within walking distance of the waffle house which was also amazing.

It was stains in the chairs and it wasn't cleaned properly the whole floor and bathroom and the air conditioner cover was hanging off when I walked in the room and I called the manager and left messages I haven't heard from her at all

The room was not clean. We found dog food on the floor and the little window area was covered in dirt, had to wipe it off to put our luggage on it. The door to the bathroom would not shut because the molding/carpet in the floor was peeled up. Hole in the wall next to the bathtub. The room was not clean

The staff was all nice and polite. The money we spent was a good value. The check-in process was efficient even though the lobby was packed.

We booked a 2 queen room but were put into a room with 1 bed. I could not tell if that bed was a full or queen. The room was small! We could not walk past each other in the room kind of small!

It was clean all throughout the building. The staff were very nice. My bed was very comfortable and clean the floors looked clean and the bathroom was nice for what I paid. I would stay here again, it was around a lot of shops and nice restaurants. Very quiet and I didn't smell any smoke throughout the building.

Look outside the building is nice, close to the restaurants, airport, and clean.

People smoking outside front door, I’m just a little feel unsafe, staff didn’t pay intention to another customer with welcome while let them wait to check in too long at the lobby.

I stayed in Microtel for Six nights during furniture market with my friend. Spacious room, Great Location, decent prices are some of the key points for which I would like to consider same hotel for my next market visit.
