We arrived at the hotel on 31 Jan for a one night stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Checking in was expeditious. The next morning, we were greeted by Ms Zhang upon reaching the restaurant for breakfast. She has a perpetual smile and was very enthusiastic in showing us and others the various types of food and drinks on display. In particular, the flower tea making station, which we don't see in other hotels in our many year's travel in Taiwan and China. It was a delightful experience for us. Overall, the breakfast spread was very good and service excellent. We checked out at 11 a.m. , and both young ladies at the reception were friendly and helpful. They promptly called a taxi for us. When the taxi arrived about 10 minutes later, one of the receptionists (sorry that I did not ask for her name. She wears glasses) stepped out from the counter, and promptly took one of our 🧳 and brought it to the taxi voluntarily. She bid us safe travel with a broad smile. We were impressed by the unparalleled service by the hotel staff. Keep up the excellent job!

- Great hotel in front of Hayashi Department Store (10min walk to Fort Provintia and 20min walk to TRA train station) - Big comfortable room with AC, fridge, kettle + tea/coffee and fruit basket, water pitcher (water dispenser in the hallway), Japanese-style toilet, - Very good breakfast with lots of Asian and Western choices + fruits and cakes; you can also make your own flavoured coffee (breakfast open from 6:30 to 10am) - Very professional and English-speaking staff - Direct bus to Anping District in front of hotel (bus #19)

Good location, within walking distance to some attractions. The room comes with a bidet toilet and very clean. There are also water dispensers on every floor. The staff are very kind and helpful. Our fare included breakfast which was great value for money. We really enjoyed the breakfast choices! There’s also some parking available for scooters and cars which is useful, although extremely limited.

Nothing really. Perhaps the water pressure from the shower head could be stronger but this is just a personal preference.

Very clean and tidy. Fruits - 2 apples & 1 orange were a nice touch. I love the olive oil shampoo. Kept my hair smooth. The channels on TV were fantastic. I get everything that I want, including YouTube. The 3-pin socket is the best!!! I didn't hv a 2 pin adapter so my 3-pin plug goes into the socket directly, saving me hassle.

The fridge switches off when I pull out my card key. I need some food to be kept cold but when I go out with the card key for long hours, my food is no longer cold. Bummer!

great location across from Hayashi department store and walking distance to popular tourist destinations. clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast quality. decent shower (water pressure was OK, nothing to complain about and pretty standard to other hotels in the country) good quiet air conditioning in the room

nothing really, it was a reliable & comfortable stay. some of the hotel staff were more comfortable speaking Japanese more than English but that seems more common in Taiwan too.

The hotel is located in the center of Tainan City, with a shopping mall across the street, easily accessible from Tainan Railway Station, just 10 minutes away. Polite reception staff The room is very clean and spacious, the bed is soft, and the pillows are very soft. Digital TV is easy to use, there is English, and there is a welcome message for guests displayed on the TV screen as well.

The welcome fruit in the hotel was quite old, so I didn't dare to eat it.

This is a four-star hotel with 3-star pricing. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, and always greet you with a smile. It is located opposite the famous Lin Emporium, a department store built in the Japanese occupation period. The breakfast is excellent with many varieties of both Chinese and American items.

Most of the staff was very friendly. Not one but almost every body. Furthermore the breakfast was great. Lots of space for eating and lots of choices for good food. Room was comfortable

Almost nothing to complain. The only minor detail was the cleaning of the room one time. Maybe because it was already late in the afternoon

The staffs are friendly and helpful. We booked the shuttle transfer from hotel to Tainan train station but we are early so they help us to book a taxi instead. The breakfast is delicious and tasty. There are local seasonal food and the varieties are different everyday. We have a great stay.

The bottle of the shampoo showed that it has expired for more than a year (expiration date 2022.05.23), but they said that they just reuse the bottles
