The fast service and friendly faces and the pool was amazing during those cold days

The hotel itself and its structure is really great. I love the service of the cafe located in the lobby. The Filipina Ms. Fe/Vee have exceeded my expectation in terms of food service and listening to my needs. Upon check in Mr. Aziz was really helpful and professional, I felt a warm welcome in an instant. The engineering team was quick to help me with my socket connections, housekeeping team was so quick to attend to my needs especially the valet team and bellman service Upon check out Meryem and Fatima have assisted to keep my car in the valet after check out due to an event I have to attend. Overall it was indeed a great experience. Thank you.

There was a construction in front of the hotel and the manager who handled my needs to dine in their all day dining restaurant was not really helpful. I was in a hurry to take my breakfast and have requested to charge it in my room and they declined and suggested to pay first in the reception before dining for breakfast to avail the rooms promotional rate. I was a bit upset as I only had 30 minutes and the restaurant will close their buffet. Walking towards reception and coming back will take much of my time. But thanks to the team in the lobby cafe they have assisted me and took care of my breakfast needs. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

The hotel is really beautiful, and the staff is extremely kind and nice. We were afraid of the construction noise - which was actually very bad - however the weather was so windy that the sound of the waves pushed the construction noise away totally, so it was all perfect. On a less windy day it is still quote massive from early morning till late evening, but during the day you can escape to the beach where you cant hear anything from it. Many thanks to Fatima who changed our room to a room that is a bit further away from the noises. The breakfast is the best we ever had in any hotel. The pool area is also supernice!! The view from the rooms is just amazing! Great gym area with a ping pong table inside that we loved!!!

I love how they keep the beach clean, the staff assigned at the beach kept it trash free. The . The staff are polite and friendly, always had a welcoming smile. I'm grateful for Miss Jayzel at the front desk. Grateful for Her generosity, she made us feel at home. I am also grateful that our room was upgraded to one of their Luxury room. It was wonderful auspicious way to welcome the new year.

I have been in many hotel Beach resort, and I have never encountered a security guard very strict it made me feel unlikely to comeback. The lifeguard flag was green, 7 am in the morning and I'm not allowed to sit on the sand until 8am.

Eeveryhting was just breathtaking. first of all the location of the hotel next to the new marina. the fact that this hotel is at the end of the shore makes it wonderful in terms of views, and biggest beach space, compared to neighbouring hotels which i have tried before. the sea water was crystal clear, the weather at this period is just awesome. the personnel of the hotel were very professional and kind, especially Ms Fatima who checked us in, she gve us plenty of useful information, guided us to booking activities and offered us a free upgrade. the brekafast buffet was very yummy and everything was fresh, with so many multiple choices. we also tried the restaurant at the beach zanzibar, and the food and cocktails there were also amazing. especially a late night seating by the beach with dimmed lights, they gave us some blankets to cover, it was very romantic. it's definitely my favorite hotel in Ajman by far.

Absolutely nothing

We had a very good stay with this hotel. We were even welcomed with cold drinks while checking in. Special mention to Fatima who was very accommodating during our check-in. The room is neat, tidy and spacious. The sea view in the balcony was very relaxing. The beachfront was nice. All the staff are very friendly. Also, thanks to Meryem for helping out with our last minute request before checking out. And, lastly our gratitude to Marvin for hailing a cab for us and assisting us to carry our things. The overall experience is superb! Highly recommended.

Almost everything! Staff genuinely kind, very professional and laid back. They're not overacting, they're simply nice, everyone seem happy to work in this hotel. Fast room service. Room super clean and comfortable, I particularly enjoyed the double shower super spacious. The whole vibe of the hotel is really nice, I felt like I travelled back into the late 70s/early 80s. Even the music by the pool was so cool with a groovy yet chill playlist (I usually hate hotel music, which tends to be too loud). The beach is amazing with the straw/palm leaves umbrellas, and its very spacious. Compared to the other hotels on this beach, I found it to be the best looking. You really feel like you travelled in another country on this beach. The location is great too as it's very close to Ajman center where you can just wander in the streets and feel Ajman's vibe (fish market, museum, souq). Perfect for a staycation! I would go again :)

Not much, I enjoyed my stay! Bed a bit small when you're used to king size. The lifeguard on the beach using a very loud honk to warn people swimming. It is quite annoying when you're chilling/sleeping and he uses it several times per hour next to your head. (Maybe another way can be used to communicate with swimmers) The food quality at the pool can be improved, I found it overpriced for what it was. We didn't try the breakfast as it wasn't included and by looking at the buffet we found it overpriced. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in Gerard Cafe on the opposite side instead. I think better value for money for a nice breakfast.

The room had a lot of space. It was very nice to have the beach just in front of the hotel, with the option of doing some water sports. The bar at the beach was also a really good option for dinning and drinking by the sea.

Unfortunately in this moment, January 2024, the hotel is doing some construction for upgrading the facilities in front of the beach. This created some noise and made the access to the beach a bit more difficult.

My family and I stayed in this property for two nights, our experience was very delightful. Our suite was spacious with separate living & dining area with perfect view from the balcony ; Our bedroom was roomy with comfy bed, though, furniture is a bit unfashionable and need to upgrade to modern living. . The check-in process was very smooth. Concierge greet guests and assist them to front desk, Ms Fatema from front desk She was really welcoming and kind and bellboy Mr. Marvin has helped us till we reached our room. I can easily recommend the hotel staycation with good food and the great service
