Really great location. Hot water in one of swimming pools. Emazing path of palm trees and singing birds - all you need for relax is there :) Good and variety breakfast. Strong wifi, even on the beach. Free beach towels. Fresh seafood at the restaurant. Very good massage, also in good price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The windows in the room were sand dirty, which strongly affected fabulous sea view. It's worth to be aware that in whole Sharjah alcohol is forbidden - in hotel bar / restaurant there was available only alcohol free wine but no alcohol free beer. One night in the hotel there was outdoor event of external company and till middle of the night it was really loud. Fortunately it was was only 1 night out of 7 :)

The rooms dont have sound proofing,literally we can hear people from other rooms and while standing in corridor could clearly hear from rooms,the pillows are very noisy due to comforters on top of them,the shower pressure is very low The rates are over pricey however the facilities are good and overall ambience is good Food options were limited could have been better also breakfast should have more live counters

Kids events are really good, the beach and pools were extremely clean, life guard is always there, the breakfast was diverse and superb with very good service, dinner options are limited for Arabs some how the breakfast is way better, the fruits basket was really added value to the hospitality shown (Many thanks for Mr. Ahmad for his dedicated efforts).

Good location for a rest at the beach with clean water, staff members were helpful and polite all the time. Room was bright with all necessary for use. The territory of the hotel is big and offers a lot of activities and it’s just very beautiful as well. Breakfasts were good but lunch and dinner we preferred at the hotel Italian restaurant. It was perfect!

The noise… the doors are shut very loudly, we could wake up if some of our neighbors used their doors, everything from the hall could be heard. We came to this hotel to sleep and rest after long time of working non stop and already at 9am staff knocked our door for cleaning until we open. Also next to our hotel there was a building demolishing, breakfast/lunchtime you could hear it and it was VERY annoying.

All inclusive services like breakfast, lunch and dinner were outstanding. Many foods you can choose from like beef, chicken, fish, lamb, many vegetables, fruits and of course a lot of sweets, cakes and so on... The personal in canteen was excellent as well. Special thanks to Ms Chathurika who take care of cleanness of our room for whole stay. Her swan made from towels or rose's leaves made us happy. What I also enjoyed was hotel's gym with many equipments.

Our room did not meet our expectations in terms of the number of beds. We had Standard king room and description says 2 adults and 2 children. But there was only 2 king sized beds. But we can handle it with additional child crib.

We got an upgrade for free which is so so nice , as I booked this hotel for my family to have a rest. So thankful for that. The Italian restaurant is really amazing downstairs, the staff and the food itself is delicious. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was nice

The room was a little bit old, but it was cleaned constantly which is amazing I really didn't like the fact that there were a lot of people on the territory who are not staying in the hotel. They all were coming with big suitcase and a lot of kids and just eating on the grass whatever they cooked at home. It was king of wild to be honest

The foods are good but needs to be improved. For example the soup variety is very weak. Especially in dinner, it would be nice to see food with vegetables. There were no syrupy desserts, and soup varieties. Vegetable soup varieties should be, Minestrone Soup, Tomato Basil Soup, Potato Leek Soup, Butternut Squash Soup. Syrupy desserts:Baklava, Revani, Qatayef, Sutlac (Rice Pudding), Knafeh - A dessert made of shredded phyllo dough layered with sweet cheese or semolina, baked and soaked in sugar syrup, common in Middle Eastern cuisine, AND Tulumba…

Really, the hotel, service, facilities are excellent. They staff is super nice, very helpful and accomodating. Minzawoo who was cleaning our room always asked when he saw us whether anything is required. Peacocks, rabbits in the stunning garden are so great! Warm pool, excellent for children and in such a beautiful surroundings. Staff is making sure the hotel ale spotless too. Food is very tasty but could be about more variety as if you stay for more than a 4 days it can be boring. However, I do travel a lot and I was so positively surprise with this hotel that I can easily say this was my best stay ever! Thank you, you are doing amazing job.

the overall value is great-we loved the variety of food, kids really enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Kids corner is really convenient. we also appreciated the shuttle bus to Expo. Moreover, the staff were very polite and kind. Our family can definitely recommend the Coral Beach Resort, having already stayed there twice

it was sad to see so much food waste that some of the guests produced. even if the staff kindly asked them to reconsider their behavior, some of the guests reacted aggressively. It would be useful for the hotel to adopt some sort of a policy to discourage food waste (e.g.-making you pay extra in case you produce too much food waste)

A truly amazing experience. All the staff are highly professional and courteous, paying attention to detail, and placing customer satisfaction as their top priority. Even though we arrived late to the hotel, the check-in was swift and welcoming. I want to thank Mr. Khaleel at the reservation desk for giving us a free room upgrade at check-in. It was a pleasant surprise, and we loved the room and overall amenities provided. Room service and Housekeeping was top notch. Very clean and spacious room, the bed was comfortable, and cooling was efficient. Sound-proofing is a well-known issue. Special thanks for Ms. Bindu at the restaurant for her exceptional service and always greeting us with a smile which made our morning breakfast a memorable experience. The food is good, and service is excellent. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage all over the hotel even on the beach side. One of the best and uninterrupted coverage I have experienced in a hotel of this size. The water in the pool is temperature controlled and we enjoyed every minute in the pool especially due to winter season. This hotel has the perfect ambience and hotel amenities that serve as the best getaway to relax and enjoy some memorable moments of peace and serenity with your family and friends. Highly recommended for another visit.
