Very clean, well maintained and very courteous and skilled staff.

Management should consider and gear up for a full house especially arrival, rooms to be ready. Waiting at breakfast time is definitely not expected, should have opened an additional outlet to cope up with the numbers rather than making guests wait.

-staff politeness. -room size and view are perfect. -life guards did an amazing job saving someone from sinking on 11th may. -fruits and desserts options in the buffet.

-buffet options are poor for a 5* hotel specially hot meal section only few options and hardly warm. -swimming on the beach was closed for 2 days after even tho the 2 hotels on both sides of ours their guests were swimming normally. -they charged for simple decoration for a birthday 100$ ( just towels shaped as heart and flower pedals but however did gave a small cake complimentary and balloons )still in any hotel in special occasions or even during checking-in I see this decorations automatically in most 5* stars hotels specially beach ones this stuff are just a complimentary thing that should be automatic for any check in .

The food was totally amazing. Very fresh and a good variety at each meal. Presented beautifully. The pool area was amazing, loads of room, different pools, great for adults and small children. The room was spotless. The beach perfect for families. Staff very obliging and friendly, especially the lifeguards.

The one and only thing that I would complain about were the drink prices. If you don’t get the all inclusive package, be prepared for a hefty bill for alcohol, even just a couple of glasses of wine…….absolutely overpriced. We thought we had the all inclusive package, but turned out that we just had full board. Just the 3 meals and two soft drinks with each meal. We asked to upgrade the package, but apparently that wasn’t possible, when bar staff told us that it was.

My stay was great, thank you. The front desk lady, Sandy was very sweet, professional, kind and helpful. It as very tasty birthday cake at my room - treat from the hotel. Our suit was super nice. Big, clean, with beautiful view. I was so impressed with bathroom and huge shower room. And I love the products for the shower, shampoo and conditioner. Room service was fast and nice (even thou the hotel was fully booked) Actually all staff was very nice and kind. SPA also very clean and comfortable. There is ice in the SPA, so you can use it after sauna 👌.

As it’s too hot outside, we went to swim at 6.15 in the morning. But hotel staff didn’t allows us to swim as the beach is opening at 6.30. Actually on summer time open hours supposed to be earlier because of the hit.

I liked the friendliness demonstrated by all the staff members. From check-in to check-out, they were all accommodating. I liked the variety of options we had for breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise that champagne was available for breakfast and was free of charge.

I hope they had more on-site restaurants or that restaurants are open during mid-day so guests would have more dining options. We had to step out as we felt the options were limited. We walked and explored outside the property in search of food around afternoon.

My family and I had great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here in Ajman Saray Luxury Collection Resort. Away from the city and beach 🏖 are absolutely amazing (fine sands) and pool/jacuzzi is sooo relaxing. The rooms are big and cozy 😍 beautiful interior. Of course all staff are very accommodating and F&B Team are the best specially Noel and his team ❤️ Food Outlets and Breakfast / Dinner Buffet options are highly recommended .... Hoping we could stay longer next time... Thank you for taking care of us and till we visit again 😊

Hotel is as it appered to me almost new . We were with one baby they provided baby cot. Room was with sea view and view is amazing . Iftar offer in room you get a lot of food for low price for UAE . Personel of hotel very polite , resposive and very helpfull. Beach is clean , sea is also very nice pool and sunbeds circle are super if you have baby also we noticed that the hotel is more for families and relax ans thats what we searched for . There was nothing we noticed that was bad at all. Nelson was very polite and helpfull.

Amazingly genuinely friendly staff with a classy and well decorated location. Beach was really good as well as the pool and it never felt too crowded. Food options were plentiful and staff very attentive to get feedback on our enjoyment of it. Drinks were very well priced and yet still top quality. Breakfast was a really good spread.

The mixology class did not happen and though the food options were great, it was not the best value at the buffet. Struggled with the AC in our bedroom, even when turned off it was still blowing. We did not report it though so can't complain.

I like the hotel design. It is very beautiful. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The only thing I’ve noticed that the staff on the reception was much more kind and genuine in January this year but the lady who assisted us in March was a bit nose up, but accommodating though.

Overall it was very good. The only thing is the staff could show a little more hospitality. Most of them seamed to be overworked.

The hotel has a great beach for swimming and several swimming pools. Two times a week you can join a “Bird show” which is really informative, interesting, and gives you a chance to hold owl, falcon, eagle… The rooms are really spacious and the bathroom is convenient and beautiful. AC was working perfectly. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants not far from the hotel.

The rooms are a bit dark and no good makeup area because of that. Several days swimming pool with jacuzzi didn’t work.
