Really good personal, they all are friendly, in this building there is no pool, but personal can organize pool's visit in another hotel. In apartments we found: new cooking panel, dryer, ironing machine and board, kitchen utensils. Quiet room, free parking places for guests, very clean apartments.

In one day one uneadequate guy who are not lived in hotel tried to get in the elevator with my wife. She threatened to call the police and he ran away. It will be better to organize guard post near the elevators.

1. The hotel does not offer amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, or spa. 2. While we were anticipating a buffet breakfast, the food was instead delivered directly to our room. 3. The elevator service is inefficient, resulting in significant wait times for guests attempting to travel between floors.

Room 205 was a 2 BR apartment. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a tray, much more than what one can eat. Shops and restaurants nearby made it more convenient.

Too many plastic containers for breakfast tray. There is one plastic container for every single item, perhaps designed for the guests to take out what they wish to eat later. Good no doubt, but too much of plastic.

It was really awesome. Just like a home. Of course, my stay was memorable because of Jennifer, she’s really perfect. She welcome us with a smile and with kindness. I usually don’t put any reviews during my hotel stays , but for my last stay in your hotel she deserved to be recognized. I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends.

Everything is okay

When I booked the room, I forgot to tick the “pay now”. So I called the property to make sure my booking won’t be canceled. I was greeted politely by Reena on the phone and my concerns have been attended well. The location is very easy to find. There is covered parking. The check-in didn’t take much time. The staff are very helpful, polite and always smiling. You will feel welcomed. My room was upgraded and it was amazing! The best thing I loved about my room even if it’s old is that I never saw a single cockroach including the kitchen. The AC is perfectly cold. There is not cigarette smell or annoying smell. Bed is comfy and pillows were so fluffy. Reena and her colleagues were very helpful and attends guest requests with a big smile.

Nothing much. For it’s value, nothing I can complain about.

The lift only 😂 it’s very slow

location , staff , early check in for no extra charge, room space, I like also that they allow food delivery to be delivered to your door not to reception only

the elevator waiting time is a disaster, specially at morning until afternoon the cleaners are holding up the elevators as much as they want leaving frustrated people waiting downstairs , they must be controlled and supervised

Everything regarding the hotel was good, service was good, cleanliness was good, location was good and overall had a lovely and peaceful stay. The staff especially Mr Tamas and Ms Reena were exceptional in handling customer and hospitality.

Everything was good, and I'd like to specially thank Jennifer as she did her best to check in at the earliest time, she was really great and supportive.

The apartment was huge and fantastic for family and group of friends. Personally i appreciate the room size, comfy beds and all other facilities. This hotel apartment has every facilities a family traveler or a bunch of group friends needs in travel time. Overall i am very happy for this apartment services.
