Hotel is conveniently located next to the mall. Good, easy parking. Room size was OK, it was clean and quiet. We had room behind the elevators. Was little bit afraid if there will be sound but there was nothing. Nice view to the mountains (we were on 13th floor). Breakfast buffet was OK. Seems that guys were a bit understaffed on Saturday morning but they were doing good job to control everything.

Cleaner skipped checking the electric kettle. There were nuddles from someone instant soup. Sooo disgusting. How can someone do thing like this??? Please people don't do things like this, it's not normal behavior of civilized person. Windows are not opening, and I saw some spots on the window of someone forehead :) Forehead prints :) Small hint for management. Would be good to invest into smart TVs. Lack of even youtube there is strange these days. Also you have a speaker in the bathroom which is nice but because it's linked with old TV it's kind of useless... Perhaps there is a way to use it but I got bored trying going thru options.

The valet, housekeeping and reception staff were amazing. Particularly noteworthy was Katherine in reception who was welcoming, polite and accommodated every need. The room was comfortable, the bed and linen were great quality. The coffee machine and robes in the room were a great touch. Really enjoyed the facilities in general.

The breakfast was really poor and overpriced considering the quality. The restaurant facilities need a revamp and the menu needs updating. The worst part was watching the manager telling staff off in the middle of the restaurant when really they did nothing wrong - extremely awkward. For the price you pay for the breakfast, you would expect more than instant coffee…at least filter? Don’t bother with the seafood buffet. Nothing like the pictures. Better Talabat and eat in the room.

Breakfast, beds and wifi were all great. for me the 3 most important parts of a hotel. If Im in Fujairah again, I will check into this hotel as all my expectations were met.

Only minor issue was invoice was with wrong details (I gave correct details in beginning), so I was told to wait for them in the lobby to change them so I sat down in lobby and when they brought papers I stood up and unfortunately left some documents there(If the adress was right, this would not have happened). When I called the hotel an hour later when I realized this they told me they would call back and I never received a call regarding this.

- THE BATHROOM NEEDS TO REDESIGNE , FOR INSTANCE THE TUBE IS SLIPPERY AND NOT PROPERLY ISOLATED FROM THE BEDROOM (SHADOWY GLASS PARTITION!!). - POOL IS OK BUT NEED SORT OF UNBRELLA OR ROOF.- TV CHANNELS ARE OK , BUT MISSING INTERNET CONNECTION AND TV PACKAGES SUCH AS DISNEY OR LOOKALIKE.

Very generous breakfast with a lot of variety. The hotel makes a good effort of having themed nights at dinner on several days of the week e.g.seafood night, barbecue night. The staff made a great effort putting on a the New Year's Eve event. Attentiveness of staff appreciated e.g. Pavan who cleaned and prepared the rooms was very kind and helped with our requests.

Strangely, the TV stopped switching on, the last day. This may have been something simple like the batteries going flat in the remote.

First of all i would commend Ms. katrina - duty manager on having our stay an ultimately pleasant and lifetime experience from the moment she check us in and her excellent customer service . We praise her for her ultimate customer service and how felt comfortable in our stay in the hotel. Shout out also to all staff from the concierge, to the housekeeping and your staff in the main restaurant a commendable experience and definitely will Recomment tour hotel and future stay in our next holidays.

The room was super cold that even when the AC is off in the middle of April, I still couldn't stop shivering. The heater in the shower was not working and the maintenance man couldn't help me with it, so I spent my stay using cold water and showered my baby girl with cold water 😭. Plus, the water pressure for the toilet was so strong and really dangerous, it couldn't be modified even by the maintenance man and he said: nothing can be done. 😶

1st Room was what I have asked for. Unfortunately, the hotel catered for some party that was very disturbing. After two attempts of moving us, we found a room away from the party noise, but the room did not meet what we have asked for to start with. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel catering for parties in a courtyard that is very disturbing to other visitors not part of the party. Something like that should be held at a location that does not upset other visitors.

We stayed during the Eid holidays, travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi. The hotel is connected to Fujairah Shopping mall which is very convenient, should you need anything, a hypermarket is available. We would give 2 thumbs up for the great customer service, also considering that it was holiday, and they were fully booked. It is a kids and family-friendly hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, on a high floor, non-smoking and has great view of the mountains. My son always says, "Hmm smells nice!", whenever we were in the corridors. Check-in time was quick. Thanks to Ms. Katherine, the duty manager. She made sure everything was in order after our check-in. Ms. Hadi ensured we have everything we need in our room. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed the food, especially my son. There was variety of breakfast - meat, noodles, cereals, salads, fruits and sweets. I loved the moussaka and the way omelet was cooked, still moist. There even was a chocolate fountain which my son called "chocolate mountain" =D Thanks to Ms. Cathy and Mr. Sudip from the restaurant and cafe for all assistance. The facilities were also good. There are pool and kids pool which were slightly shaded because of the walls - which was good because the kids were still able to enjoy the pool even if it was in the middle of the afternoon. They offer free drinks at the pool area to keep you hydrated. There are steam and sauna. Lockers are available too. The jacuzzi has a view of the mountain. It was very relaxing. Massage and gym were also available, but we have not visited. During the evening, they have "children's movie time" where they also offer free popcorn! The rest of the team - Mr. Jugal, Mr. Mirkat, Ms. Cathy (from the spa), the rest of the service and valet team were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Overall, our stay here at Royal M was one of the best stays we had here in UAE. It made our trip memorable. We would definitely comeback.
