View from the balcony, promptness of room service, late check out (as check-in was delayed by more than an hour from specified time)

Wait for lifts was crazy, sometimes lifts will not even stop on higher floors. Staff were unapologetic about loud sounds coming from garden at 4 AM from removal of stage for 31st Dec event. I was told by reception personnel when called about this at 4 AM “anyways people are up as its new year”

My room wasnt ready when i arrived after 2 pm (the free upgraded with amazing sea view). So the receptionist I think named Basel gave me a brouchre for a free meal in the very nice Rosso restaunrant and I think that was very nice of the hotel as I was tired and starving.

My neighbors were laughing so loud late at night. Good for them but messed up my sleep. I couldve called the receiption but was too sleepy.

Customer service in the hotel was amazing. All staff from concierge to front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping staff they were all amazing!! Naveed from housekeeping was brilliant always asked if we were happy or if we needed anything. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was also excellent plenty to choose from and lots of options. Location is also brilliant right next to the beach and shops and also a short walk to the tram station. Overall I would say this hotel is exceptional and would recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff were great a shout out to Ms. Samia and after some issues they gave us a free breakfast and dinner which was amazing

As they know my booking had an infant tehy gave me a great upgrade but yet it was the worst there was some maintenance I was in room 1515 and from what I felt from the noise that it was right above our head the baby did not take his regular naps they moved us to room 2312 which was far away from the maintenance thank God with a free breakfast and dinner

Everything was outstanding, very clean , delicious breakfast and outstanding view from the room. The staff were very helpful and always there for you.

The hotel didn’t have private beach area like Sheraton next door. The Beach is public which sometimes was very crowded.

Very good location. Excellent food. Very nice swimming pool.

To me the room rate seemed to be way too expensive. It just be my view.. recommend me how I can book at better rates.. if I need to book for a longer period.

breakfest, dinner and staff was perfect

We got very poor room with very dirty carpet / floor, smelly and noise location in 4th floor. However, after couple of complaints we were relocate to much better refurbished room, so since that time it was perfect. Credit to team leader at reception desk.

With children I think it is a very good choice. The pool is nice. Very good breakfast and dinner. The beach is near. Nice view from the rooms.

They don't have sunbeds on the beach only by the pool. It s not a brand new hotel what you can see in the rooms but is fine for this money.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants in the hotel and nearby made life easy. All in all a great place to stay. They upgraded our room which was a nice surprise.

it has good sea-view rooms. the lounge on the top is awesome. it is so close to the beach.
