Breakfast fast very good - multiple options of different food allow you to choose what you are prefer. Room was very spacious with nice views. Balcony is very nice option to spend time in evenings. Location of Ramada Hotel and Suites by Wyndham Dubai JBR is amazing - very close to to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants all around the corner. Tram station is 3min from the hotel. And most important part - staff is amazing: very helpful, nice and always ready to help. Thank you for all your effort!

The Egyptian duty manger, he was completely unprofessional, tried his best to sell me things by his fake smile and talk,,, did not like that. The breakfast was poor

Excellent location. 3 min walk from the beat beach in Dubai. Right on 'the walk'. Breakfast was good. overall very good experience.

perfect location 5 minutes from the beach!!! daily cleaning. very tasty lunches and dinners. meat, fish, seafood, salads, watermelons, melons, coffee in a coffee machine or custard. there is always a bottle of water per person in the room. there is an underground free parking for cars. the hotel provides towels and an umbrella for the beach.

in most rooms, windows do not open. there is a small number of rooms with balconies, but they are more expensive. We were replaced with a room, as the ordered one had a terrible smell, possibly after cleaning the carpet.

Very friendly staff, huge apartment so much better than a small hotel room. Decor very basic/nothing fancy but clean/spacious & if get a room facing inwards towards the courtyard vs towards the roadways it's super quiet for sleeping. Great comfy bed. Great value for the money and location just 2 blocks from the trolley that also connects to the metro in 1 stop & 1-2 blocks from the beach & JBR main shopping and dining street.

water in the sink took a minute or 2 to drain I should have reported before I left.

The hotel is located very convenient on The Walk at Jbr which allows you to have access to shops, restaurants, pharmacies and also to the beach in 2 minutes. The staff was super friendly and they did their best to ensure that we were ok. I would like to mention Hsu and the cleaning team and also the guys at the valet parking desk. This was our 3rd time at Ramada at Jbr and we will be coming back for sure.

The rooms start to be a little jaded as the years go by. But it wasn’t that bad. A little far from the tram of metro. Perfect if you rent a car, though.

1. There is no choice to have two separate beds in one bedroom apartment, there is the only type - king size bed. 2. There is no executive lounge with good wines. 3. Entrance to the the Hotel through the parking zone. 4. Very dirty public JBR beach, that is not been cleaning. The whole beach is covered in cigarette butts and plastic waste. It became dirty only last years. But it's not a guilt of the Hotel.

I liked the way the staff handled my difficulties. I didn't get my bank card topped up in time to book a room, this problem was solved by phone with the hotel. I had an early check-in at 9:30 and they found me a room in 5 minutes. Changing towels after 21:00 yes, of course. Late check out before 14:00, no problem either. Putting my 6 friends' luggage in the room before a late flight was no problem either. From start to finish, the entire hotel staff, was courteous and smiling. Always went to the meeting. I did not feel any resistance. It is very pleasant, you get a high level of service, for a relatively small amount of money. The room was a huge 45 m3. Every day cleaning, change of water, towels. Good wifi. I had everything I needed, even a karan and prayer mat, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a cool folding clothes rack. Breakfast is restrained in choice but tasty, I particularly liked the sausages and potato triangular hash browns. A couple times the hot milk for coffee was curdled, I forgot to tell the staff, but not a problem, there is cold milk next to the cereal. Be careful with the tables outside, the crows can quickly eat your breakfast for you :) My parents lived in the neighboring JA hotel and it was convenient to walk to them through the courtyard. There is a convenience store with delicious yellow mangoes in the courtyard. Convenient location, it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, you can get a bag of towels on the first floor. Yes this is not a new hotel, some places show outdated design and traces of time. But it is still cozy. I'd say homey. I'm glad I happened to stay with you for those wonderful 5 days. Since I didn't read the reviews beforehand. I was hoping to be lucky and I was. See you soon.

The only noticeable disadvantage is that the level of the tile for the water drain in the shower cubicle is not correct. The water accumulated near the door and did not flow into the drain. Room 309.

Terrific location near the beach, lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. The service from most of the staff was exceptional and they go out of their way to ensure a great stay (birthday cake, present for my baby boy and early check in).

I was initially put into a smoking room which smelt horrible - It was inappropriate for someone travelling with a baby. Both of the rooms I stayed in were a little tired and could use a new coat of paint and a new rug. One of the breakfast waiting staff was asking me daily when I was leaving and begging for me to leave positive feedback for him and his friends.
